Room 17 – A Disappointing Experience
This was our third time staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, it will be our last.
The window in our room (Room 17) did not close properly, which completely ruined our sleep. We and our child kept waking up all night due to the street noise—people singing, playing music, and showing off their loud cars and motorcycles. Additionally, because of the bed's headboard getting in the way, the window couldn't be fully covered. As a result, bright light was shining into the room from 5:00 AM.
The room itself was very small. You can barely turn around in the bathroom, and there is absolutely no space to put down cosmetics or a toothbrush.
Furthermore, if you are going to charge an extra fee for a baby cot—which most hotels do not do—you should at least provide towels for the child. We were only provided with two sets of towels for the entire room.
A few other issues: the WiFi password is not written anywhere in the room, nor was it provided at the reception. Also, the carpeting in the corridors emitted a very unpleasant smell.
Overall, the noise and the window issue made it impossible to get any rest. We will not be returning.
