The rooms are quite OK, but don’t eat breakfast there at all. For 79 PLN, it’s included, but only one waiter covers all the tables, and you can order only one meal from the menu. I didn’t even get the coffee and juice as the waiter was so busy. Other guests were visibly upset also. Better to spend money outside, where you can find a lot of nice places for breakfast. It destroyed the whole experience.

Nice boutique hotel for a solo traveller. Cozy and very clean, water is self-service, free coffee downstairs, and a nice back terrace. Book breakfast in advance, it s a bit cheaper.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i przytulny hotel. Czyste pokoje, pracownicy pomocni. A Pani na recepcji bardzo sympatyczna, dziękujemy Pani Izie za ciepłe zameldowanie.

The hotel and the room were really nice. However, the noise from the street was very loud. Additionally, on Thursday night, I could hear loud techno music coming from a nearby club until 2:30am. As I was on a work trip and needed a good night's rest, I'd hoped for a better soundproofed and quieter room. I appreciate that this is not your fault, but I think that better window insulation could improve the overall guest experience. Many thanks, Roberta.

Bardzo fajne śniadania. Duży wybór, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Super, że można samemu ustalać temperaturę w pokoju. Lokalizacja jest super, wszystko pod ręką. Nie mogę złego słowa powiedzieć o personelu. Jest bardzo czysto i schludnie.

Bardzo pomocni ludzie. Doradzą i pomogą jak jest taka potrzeba. W pokoju można dostosować temperaturę pod siebie 😉 Dobrej jakości produkty i naprawdę pyszne jedzenie. Ogromny wybór! Polecam tę opcję. Hotel jest w idealnej lokalizacji blisko Wisły Nie mam zastrzeżeń co do czystości.

Bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa. Szczególne podziękowania dla recepcjonistki Izy – uśmiechnięta, pomocna i wszystko dokładnie wyjaśniła. Dzięki niej wizyta przebiegła sprawnie i w przyjemnej atmosferze. Polecam!

Room 17 – A Disappointing Experience This was our third time staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, it will be our last. The window in our room (Room 17) did not close properly, which completely ruined our sleep. We and our child kept waking up all night due to the street noise—people singing, playing music, and showing off their loud cars and motorcycles. Additionally, because of the bed's headboard getting in the way, the window couldn't be fully covered. As a result, bright light was shining into the room from 5:00 AM. The room itself was very small. You can barely turn around in the bathroom, and there is absolutely no space to put down cosmetics or a toothbrush. Furthermore, if you are going to charge an extra fee for a baby cot—which most hotels do not do—you should at least provide towels for the child. We were only provided with two sets of towels for the entire room. A few other issues: the WiFi password is not written anywhere in the room, nor was it provided at the reception. Also, the carpeting in the corridors emitted a very unpleasant smell. Overall, the noise and the window issue made it impossible to get any rest. We will not be returning.

Pobyt w tym hotelu oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Kameralny i przytulny wystrój sprawia, że można poczuć się naprawdę komfortowo. Hotel położony jest w świetnej lokalizacji, co jest dużym atutem. Obsługa była niezwykle miła, pomocna i życzliwa. Dodatkowym plusem była możliwość wypicia pysznej kawy w pięknej, klimatycznej jadalni. Bardzo doceniam również gest ze strony hotelu – bez żadnych dodatkowych opłat mogliśmy przedłużyć pobyt o 2 godziny, co było dla nas ogromnym ułatwieniem. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i z przyjemnością wrócę tu ponownie.

I would refer to the room as minimalist. They are very clean but no extras. One receptionist was very friendly, another was rude. There was no information in the room about hotel wifi, nearby attractions or restaurants. Breakfast was good.

SUCH a lovely hotel, all the facilities and design is so nicely done, we had a small room but it was absolutely perfect for our stay and it was so nicely designed. Room was clean and pristine, super comfy bed, lovely bathroom with great shower. They even had a clothes steamer in the room. Staff were so so lovely and helpful and just great vibes. Also the location is perfect, we stayed recently on a very hot evening and it’s like a 4minute walk from the Riverside, which has loads of bars and music and stages, food trucks and great drinks. Very chill but lively atmosphere and the views were stunning. Then there was some cool bars and spots around the area too. Great value for money in my opinion, can’t recommend enough! Jest bardzo czysto, pokoje urządzone z klasą, wygodne. Lokalizacja świetna - stacja metra obok, do Wisły 5 min spacerem. Korzystalismy ze śniadań - bardzo smaczne, urozmaicone, polecam.Bardzo blisko jest do stadionu PGE. Na koncert czy mecz, lokalizacja idealna. Pełen profesjonalizm jeśli chodzi o personel. Przemiła obsługa !!! Na pewno wrócę👍️

The hotel was room was dirty and not cleaned when we checked in. It was cleaned after we raised the issue, but it's not something that should have happened in the first place.

Nie mam się do czego przyczepić, jeśli chodzi o czystość.

Super 🩷 Pokoje bardzo czyste,dobrze zaopatrzone, łóżko bardzo wygodne. W pokoju jest klimatyzacja, czajnik na wodę dostęp do kawy oraz herbaty. Lokalizacja bardzo na plus dużo dzieje się wokół mimo to w pokoju bardzo cicho. Obok metro, łatwy dojazd do centrum. Możliwość wynajęcia miejsca parkingowego obok hotelu. Serdecznie pozdrawiamy przemiła panią z obsługi 😊 napewno wrócimy i polecamy!
