Excellent resort. Comfortable rooms, spacious bathroom. Great breakfasts. Such a typical Polish breakfast. A large selection of different cheeses, cottage cheese and hams. Fresh vegetables and fruits. Very tasty scrambled eggs when hot. For children, you can bake waffles from ready-made dough. The pool is small but sufficient. Quite a large jacuzzi. A little too small parking lot under the resort. If we don't find a place, we park 50 meters away.

Breakfasts are rich without a doubt. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, but access to them on the second and third floors without an elevator. The two saunas (dry and wet) that can accommodate four people are described as only double and are a bit "underheated". Overall, I liked it.

Everything was great. The food was tasty. The pool was small, pleasant. The Thai masseuse was great. The price-quality ratio was very favorable.

We liked the stay, the accommodation was perfect, the wellness was at a decent level, the food was varied and tasty. We didn't like the surroundings of the hotel too much, which was due to the ongoing construction of other hotels, which are already too many in this location for my taste. That was the only thing that spoiled the overall impression of our stay a bit. Overall, I rate the stay as very good and I would definitely repeat it again sometime.

Very cozy hotel, we were in the week and almost alone. Friendly staff super wellness, swimming pool with pleasant water temperature. Food fabulous... served dinner top!

Mega place

The stay is generally correct, but the service and communication with the guest leave a lot to be desired. On the plus side, first of all, the cleanliness of the facility and its location. On the first day, we received basic information about the stay – where the swimming pool is located, the restaurant and where the breakfasts take place. The service was generally nice. However, I have a few reservations. You can get a bathrobe in the facility, which is very convenient when using the pool area and SPA – especially since you don't have to walk through the entire resort in a swimsuit. Unfortunately, we received the bathrobes without information about the additional fee. Only at check-out did it turn out that a fee of PLN 100 was added. I believe that the customer should be informed about such a cost at the time of rental, and not only when leaving. The second situation was even more surprising for me. The next morning, before going to the mountains, we had breakfast around 8:00 a.m. After returning from a walk around 10:00 a.m., I just wanted to sit at a table and drink coffee. Breakfast was available until 11:00 a.m. Then I heard from the staff: "We don't practice something like that, once you leave, you can't come back for breakfast." I understand that a hotel may have its own organizational rules, but I consider the way this information is provided and the lack of prior information about such a rule to be very weak. If breakfast is available until 11:00 a.m., the customer should have clearly defined rules for using it. To sum up: the facility is clean, well-maintained and has good facilities, but with this class of resort, I would expect much better communication with the guest and informing about additional fees and rules in advance. It is these situations that made me rate my stay 3/5 despite a few pluses.

I suggest introducing training in sales and customer service, because the lack of competence effectively scares away the customer who could use the services regularly. We made an appointment for massages in the SPA a month before the date of the visit, the day before we called (28.08 around 3 p.m.) the receptionist confirmed that the massages would take place as planned. We informed that we were not hotel customers, so it was obvious that we had to get to the hotel somehow. On 29.08 we went to Szarotka at 3 p.m., it turned out that all roads leading to the hotel were closed and it was impossible to drive through. The receptionist did not inform about it the day before, and when I called to ask how we should get to the hotel, she complained to me that I was the one who did not verify the route (an event was held on that date). If I book a service, it is obvious to me that there is a possibility of commuting, and if there are difficulties, I am informed about it, because this is the role of an employee in such a position. Instead of apologizing and offering an alternative option with a discount, he gets reproached that I should have checked it beforehand and attempts to explain that we could have been customers from the hotel next door and walked on our feet... but we weren't - we had to 🤡 ask

The hotel is beautiful, breakfast and wellness are perfect.. But what is completely tragic, she sewed them in the restaurant either around lunch or in the evening. Half-empty restaurant you wait for a drink for 20 minutes - and that was bottled beer.. If you want another one, you better go to the bar yourself. Otherwise, the hotel is fine, but the restaurant is 🙂 a tragedy

Everything is great! Breakfasts are delicious, lunches are also :) The swimming pool, jacuzzis and saunas relax nicely after a day of travel. We are satisfied, we will definitely come back!

Great place in a great location. Despite the fact that we had rooms in the inner building without a view of the mountains, we are very satisfied with our stay. The place is clearly for families with children and this is a plus for our family, but it may bother some without children. The only note is the terraces in the inner building, which I think have not been cleaned for a long time. On ours there was a dead bird that was already lying there a bit. I think it is worth paying attention to the staff. Thank you for your stay and it is very possible that we will see you in the 😊 winter season

Breakfasts very tasty, with a large selection of dietary options, including veggie and gluten-free - bravo. Pool and SPA area with good offer and service. Nice location. We are satisfied. Crowded on weekends.

The hotel was ok, the service was nice, the breakfast was decent, but the preparation of the room raised my reservations. There was a fungus at the sink, there was a lack of toilet paper, the curtain did not cover the entire window and it was impossible to close the shower cubicle. In addition, there was poor ventilation in the room. Swimsuits and towels were not able to dry during the whole warm and dry day. From the good things: the children liked the playroom and fresh waffles for breakfast

We liked everything very much. Room, location, service and food in the restaurant. The furniture in the rooms was a bit worn, but it didn't interfere with our rest. We recommend.
