Śniadanie: 2 maszyny kawowe produkujące 4 filiżanki naraz kiedy stoi ogonek gości. Kelnerki bez uśmiechu na twarzy. Pewno uważają, że wszyscy goście to dopust boży! W recepcji broszury. (wycieczki rowerowe, wycieczki po mieście,tylko po polsku) W pokojach: mało Polek na drobiazgi (nie wykorzystane nocne stoliki, biurka ) zimna posadzka w łazience i ani jednej półki do drobiazgów) Hanna i Ruth z Danii

A beautiful, comfortable and quiet room. Lovely breakfast. The hotel is in a great location. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay

Enjoyed the steam and sauna

Lovely hotel amd perfect location. Helpful staff i.e arranged for private transfer from the airport etc. We added breakfast which was lovely.

Everything was really good except forw the beds that was really hard.

I am extremely disappointed with Hotel Grano. In my opinion, this is definitely not a four-star standard. We booked two Junior Suites, and immediately after check-in I had to call reception because one room had a terrible odor coming from the bathroom that affected the entire bedroom. Housekeeping should have noticed this before allowing guests to check in. Basic items such as robes and slippers were missing, so I had to call reception again shortly after arriving. The internet was not working either. During our stay, the hotel also completely forgot to clean one of our rooms, and we had to call just to have the towels changed. The two Junior Suites were clearly not the same size, with one significantly smaller than the other despite being sold under the same room category. The bed was another disappointment—too small for two adults, uncomfortable, and the mattress made noise every time we turned during the night. At checkout, we reported all of these issues. We were told that the manager was not on-site, so no one could do anything for us. It has now been two days, and nobody from the hotel has contacted us to apologize, explain what happened, or try to resolve the situation. Overall, the room quality, cleanliness, preparation, service, and complete lack of follow-up were far below what I would expect from a four-star hotel. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and based on our stay, I do not believe this property should advertise itself as a four-star hotel.

Room, location, Staff- all was excellent (as everytime ).

Wszystko w najlepszym porządku- od miłego pana w recepcji, przestronnego pokoju i pysznego śniadanka .To co potrzeba jest na miejscu .Hotel ma świetną lokalizację.Swietny wybór.

Hotel decor was beautiful and clean and staff were efficient and friendly. One oddity was no conditioner provided in the shower.

This was a lovely hotel and very central. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel. Close to many Sights and good restaurants. Breakfast was very good, there is definitely something for everyone. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very good servent, clean and good brekfast, location exelent.

Hotel limpio, tranquilo y bien insonorizado, con una ubicación muy buena y un personal amable. Además, el servicio de Spa gratuito es un detalle. En general, la experiencia fue buena, aunque hubo algunos pequeños aspectos mejorables. Solicité una habitación con buenas vistas al río, pero no recibí respuesta a la petición y finalmente las vistas daban al parking, que en ese momento estaba en obras. También hubo un día en el que no pasaron a limpiar la habitación; imagino que fue simplemente un olvido puntual. Por otro lado, antes de la llegada recibí varios mensajes ofreciendo experiencias y servicios adicionales, mientras que mi solicitud sobre la habitación quedó sin respuesta. El desayuno me pareció bastante caro, 35 € por persona. En conjunto, una estancia agradable y un hotel que recomendaría, aunque hay algunos detalles que podrían mejorar.

Bardzo udany pobyt w Grano Hotel**** Gdańsk Old Town. Świetna lokalizacja, komfortowy pokój i bardzo miła obsługa. Wszystko było na wysokim poziomie, a pobyt minął naprawdę przyjemnie. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócimy!

- no proper shower head!! This is unheard of for 2-star hotel, much less for 4-star as you claim to be. Hand held shower is not adjustable or rotating, in short you cant take a shower! - we stayed for 3 nights - not a single time we had a robe that we were supposed to have. - one day we left at 9 am and returned at 9 pm - the room was untiloiuche, not cleaned, no towels replaced. when I brought it up with front desk they gave me lecture what I didn't do right. My advace to all - stay away. from Grano Hotel and take your money and your business elsewhere
