There is No bacon in the mobning buffet. Long waiting time for service from the bar.

We had a lovely room and high floor as requested.

Time 9-21h for pool and gym are pretty useless: if you visit the city or work during the day, normally you we'll use these services in early morning or in late evening/night

Rooms were clean and quiet. There could be wider selection of breakfast: croisants, pancakes, yogurts etc. Service was okey.

Our first time in Gdansk and your hotel was beautiful, modern and clean. Not sure a 3 star is good enough as you definitely deserve higher.

Krásný nový hotel, výborné snídaně a jídlo. Nepříjemnost na začátku, když byl zaplacen pobyt s polopenzí, ale večeře byly uznány až po urgenci ze strany zákaznické linky Slevomatu. S námi nechtěli řešit. Jinak vše super. Děkujeme

The location is perfect as it is 10minutes walking from the city centre. Rooms are good size and reception is nice and friendly. One hour in swimming pool and sauna felt a bit rushed and I couldn’t relax as I needed to look at my time. Disappointed with gym as I expected a bit more than just a running machine and dumbbells. Breakfast time is too chaotic and overcrowded. I think place is too small for such a huge amount of people and we had to queue every morning to get table for breakfast for nearly 15 or 20 minutes.

Ogólne wrażenie średnie, ale to była moja druga rezerwacja pobytu w tym hotelu i pierwsza wypadła lepiej. Bardzo długie kolejki na śniadanie więc albo wstajesz wcześnie i masz stolik albo stoisz w kolejce po wolny stolik. Pokój niedokładnie posprzątany, toaleta niedomyta, kamień na słuchawce prysznicowej w łazience i brzydki zapach z kanalizacji. Standard tego hotelu znacznie się pogorszył w porównaniu do pierwszej wizyty. Na plus wypada bogata oferta śniadaniowa i lokalizacja hotelu.

Very good hotel, near the cité center, cosy and confortable room. The swimming pool was very nice!

Rooms and service good. Very much noice from the work just outside the hotell from 06.00 til late night. Breakfast was good, but the restaurant is to small for all the guest, so had to stand and wait for 25minuts to be seated.

Hotel był piękny, nowoczesny i czysty. Spa znajduje się w sąsiednim budynku, do którego trzeba przejść przez dziedziniec. Przed hotelem trwa remont, a z okna widać dźwig, a robotnicy budowlani zaczynają pracę o 7:00. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu zostało wykupione na 2 dni. Drugiego dnia zabrakło miejsca w garażu, a pracownicy zachowywali się arogancko. Kolejka na śniadanie to 20 minut.

The common areas are small for such a large hotel. For example, there are long queues for breakfast. The spa area is more like a children's pool. It's the first time I've seen people allowed to play ball in the pool or shoot water guns, disturbing other guests.

Lovely Modern Hotel .Comfortable Bed . Central Location. Only Issue I would Have is at Breakfast Time , the Que is Long & Badly Organised. It Cuts across the Reception where people are Checking Out . It was Chaotic.

Except for one receptionist who needs some customer service training on the day we arrived the rest of the staff were great. The hotel is of a high standard, well located and the food was good.

Despite registering a parking space in advance and receiving confirmation before our arrival, we were unable to use the parking because it had been overbooked. Before our trip, I also specifically checked whether it would be possible to charge our electric car. Unfortunately, we were neither informed that this would not be available nor given the opportunity to charge the vehicle, even though this service is advertised in your hotel description. I would like to emphasise that the two main criteria when choosing your hotel were the availability of parking and the possibility of charging our electric vehicle, as we were travelling a long distance. Had we known in advance that these services would not actually be available, we would not have chosen to stay at your hotel.
