The reception service is impeccable. The neighborhood seems to be a safe, simple and safe way to the center. The hotel did not disappoint us in terms of cleanliness. A big plus for the hotel for the pool, different from all others, darkened, in wood-like tiles. Great breakfasts and dinners, it's worth paying extra for them.

The ladies at the reception are very nice. I love Świeradów-Zdrój and I recommend this hotel to those who value active recreation. Our deluxe suite is pleasant and clean and beautifully decorated. The mountain views from the restaurant windows are delightful, even the tea tastes better. The hotel met our expectations in every way. We didn't miss anything.

The menu is composed in such a way that everyone can find something for themselves. A facility with a great location, good cuisine and amenities- Elements will meet your expectations. Clean! Spacious, fully equipped. I definitely recommend this hotel because of the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. We are happy to choose this hotel, it is beautiful and wonderfully located. ❤️

Despite the large number of people in the hotel, there was no shortage of seats in the restaurant and there were no queues to eat

The rooms are clean, functional and very nicely furnished. On the plus side, very nice hotel service and sensational animators. Lots of greenery, trees, mountain views. Beautiful location. The taste of food is indescribable. Everything is delicious!

A weekend in the SPA, the Elements hotel provided us with pleasure for body and mind. Cozy, clean, warm, great organization of the stay. Both at the reception and throughout the facility, the service is friendly. Very fresh products and a large variety of food. Elements is perfectly located, you will not be bored.

The dishes are well seasoned and beautifully served. The rooms are comfortable, with a balcony, they are not too small. It's a great place with great people. The apartments here are nice, each similar and equally great. 👍️

Unique mountain surroundings, beautiful views. High level of room, perfect cleanliness. Jacuzzi after madness on the slope is a godsend, I recommend the pool area to recuperate. Everything was done to a high standard, keep it up! I recommend choosing the option with breakfast and dinner, the food in the form of a buffet is varied.

The rooms are very comfortable and cozy, in a modern style, but pleasant. A wide selection of dishes, also for the demanding. The waitresses are nice, willing to help, it is appreciated. Excellent location in Świeradów, I recommend it to skiers.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, always offering advice and help. The hotel is large and has many attractions, but still a feeling of coziness and comfort. I really liked my room, I have no comments. Hotel very nicely located, beautiful views.

👍️Our trip was successful, the staff was very nice and helpful. As for food, there is nothing to complain about, tasty and a lot of choice. The location is okay, a great place for families with children. A fresh set of towels and a bathrobe were waiting for me in the apartment. The deep pool is large enough that you can swim without bumping into other guests.

We recommend the Jizera Mountains and the Elements Hotel. Great resort! The service is very good, everyone can feel good here. The dishes from the Elements restaurant are refined and delight the palate. I like it clean anyway! Not many hotels have concierge services, this emphasizes the high standard of the hotel. Cleaned in the rooms as well as throughout the hotel, it is appreciated. Friendly staff throughout the hotel, gives you 5 stars! Excellent food is a great advantage of the Elements Hotel. The hotel is located practically at the foot of Stog Jizerski. Modern but cozy rooms. You can see that this space has been pampered.

A big advantage is the location in beautiful Świeradów. Dinners are filling and worth the price. Breakfasts are delicious! You can spend a few days in the hotel and not get bored. There are many attractions. I appreciate such friendly service, they really bring a lot of good. Order is maintained at a high level everywhere, 10/10. 💪

The lobby of the couple was not a Mojito and after ordering another drink there was moldy fruit in it. Jacuzzi unusable on Saturday due to the high temperature, we didn't want to cook. Dirty carpets in the room. Cleaning from Friday to Monday took place only once and the lady didn't want to wait 5 minutes for us to leave, so she didn't clean

The SKY WALK tower can be reached on foot.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the food, something different every day and always very tasty. We highly recommend the hotel, great service. The gondola lift located near the Elements Hotel is an amazing attraction. You don't have to leave the hotel in the evenings, you can enjoy the evening attractions on site. The room is sensational, as well as everything else.

The rooms as well as the pools are very clean. We are very happy with the behavior of the staff, first class. We are mega happy with the choice, especially because of the proximity to all attractions. Breakfast was until 11, even when we came to the end everything was available, warm and fresh.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, close to nature, but also not far from the center. A modern resort that provides access to all comforts. Tasty cuisine, 10/10 for me. The staff was always smiling and willing to help which made our stay very pleasant I highly recommend, great hotel, clean and cozy.

The whole facility is very clean. We were treated at the highest level. If someone is looking for a small town, but with many attractions, I recommend Świeradów. A facility with a great location, good cuisine and amenities - Elements will meet your expectations. Great breakfasts and dinners, it's worth paying extra for them. 👍️

A very nice place to stay in Świeradów-Zdrój. I especially recommend sauna ceremonies and omelettes prepared on request for breakfast.
