My husband and I were very satisfied

Ideal location, 500 meters from the sea. This is certainly a big advantage of this facility!

We chose this hotel for a few days stay with children (4-year-old and 2-month-old baby) mainly because of the access to the playroom and swimming pool. It is worth mentioning that the "indoors" attractions were important to us due to the uncertain weather at the end of September. It's great that there are two playrooms available, it's a pity that the one next to the restaurant is very small. The pool - as for us and it wasn't crowded. Warm water in the paddling pool, optimal temperature in the larger pool. Outside there is a large playground, which unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to use. Food for breakfast and dinner is very tasty. In addition, access to the à la carte restaurant - very good food, not for "millions of coins" :) (delicious strips for children!). A free melex that delivers to the center of Niechorze several times a day, also a big plus. There were 3 issues that we had comments on, but there was an express reaction from the staff and compensation for the inconvenience, which surprised us very positively. A small minus for the fact that we had a room on the first floor and had to carry a stroller (it was necessary for us in the room), but we take into account that there was full occupancy and we did not get a room on the ground floor. Taking into account the whole - we rate the stay positively and recommend the hotel :):)

Excellent location of the facility, away from the hustle and bustle of nature. Large two-level tent "KULKOWO" - where children can have a great time. Perfect cleanliness. The rooms are spacious, bright and have access to large balconies. An additional menu for children, composed of healthy and fresh products, is noteworthy. Professionals who know what they are doing work here are also worth mentioning. A little warmer water in the large pool would be great

Everything you need! Good food, the possibility of using the playgrounds, swimming pool or gym. I recommend!

In terms of food, it's great - everything is delicious and fresh, and the choice is really huge! Nice location, close to the sea and gastronomic points, and yet off the beaten track - peace and quiet. Lovely rooms - cozy and very clean. I have very fond memories of my stay in this place. Excellent service. Swimming pools, saunas, gym, large parking, etc. - there are plenty of reasons to come back to this place.

The service is very cultured and very professional - you can see that it is a very close-knit team. I really enjoyed the breakfasts, a large selection of tasty and healthy products. A very large beach near the property. A nice place to walk. A big plus is the full availability of additional towels in the sauna area. The rooms are great - comfortable and spacious. Perfectly clean everywhere.

The pool area is clean, the water in the paddling pool for children is warm, it is also great that there are bicycles for rent - they were available with child seats. Two playrooms for children, one of which is next to the restaurant - a very nice solution. A small minus for me are the slot machines in one of the playrooms. As for the service, she is smiling and helpful, at a high level :) Cleanliness - during our 5 night stay we only had a room vacuumed once on the eve of departure, but overall we found a clean room. The downside was leaky windows, something was wrong with the hinges in the windows. The food is very tasty, fresh, everyone will find something for themselves. Drinks like that, a bit chemical. The location suited us very well, quiet and peaceful, a lot of attractions in the area (butterfly house, lighthouse, LEGO brick exhibition and others) Overall, we rate the stay as positive as :)

The best location by the Polish sea. Beautiful and clean. Nice rooms. The whole facility makes a great impression. Very well prepared meals. A large variety of dishes makes the food not boring. The service deserves praise. Everyone was very helpful. We highly recommend using the spa area, the treatments are fabulous!

The service was very nice and professional. A large selection of drinks for breakfast - coffee, tea and juices. Everyone will find something for themselves. The hotel has a lot of amenities. A nice place to come in high season and out of season. The room is great, very nice and comfortable, there is a large shower in the bathroom. 👍️

A nice hotel in a quiet place and at the same time a quiet walk 15-20min to the center of Niechorze (for those who do not want or cannot go one or two ways, there is a free melex every 1h time). A typical family hotel - gym, swimming pool, playrooms, playground, PlayStation place - a huge plus for my children. Tasty breakfasts and dinners. It is impossible to be hungry here. Clean and well-kept rooms with balconies. I consider the stay very successful. If I had to attach something, it would only be to the bed set up in the alcove - I think that not everyone finds this way of entering and leaving comfortable.

There is nothing to cling to when it comes to cleanliness. The saunas are very cool, large and aromatic. A great location, we couldn't have dreamed of a better one.

New, clean hotel, spacious, well-equipped rooms. Everything is a plus! It is a place created for rest as well as for a more active form of spending time 😉 Plenty of attractions on the premises - swimming pool, saunas, padel court and a great Spa. The meals were very good - the dishes quickly disappeared from the buffet. The staff replenishes on an ongoing basis. Very nice people work in this place. It is quiet and pleasant here. Special words of appreciation for Mrs. Lena from the reception. Great relaxation, professional treatments, a place that deserves to be visited again and rested.

Das Zimmer war für ein 4-Sterne Hotel, leider nicht in Ordnung. Der Teppichboden löste sich auf und die Badezimmertür war aufgequollen und ist fast aus der Zarge herausgebrochen. Das wäre ein Punkt, weshalb wir nicht nochmal wiederkommen würden.

Leider kam es gar nicht erst zur Anreise. Stattdessen zur Stornierung und zu einer elendig langen und anstrengenden Rückabwicklung. Ich habe per Auslandsüberweisung gezahlt (zzgl 15€ Gebühren bei meiner Bank), damit auch wirklich der geforderte Betrag ankommt. Jedoch wurde mir ein geringerer Betrag bestätigt als gezahlt und mit einem Wechselkurs zulasten des Hotels begründet. Bei einer Auslandsüberweisung geht der Kurs zu meinen Lasten. Trotz Bankbestätigung über den gezahlten Betrag, habe ich deutlich weniger erstattet bekommen. Kurioserweise gab es bei der Rücküberweisung keinerlei Wechselkursprobleme. Für mich persönlich total unseriös und absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Very rich breakfast menu deliciousRooms - No. 11 super, No. 35 not very comfortable dark gloomy .without a balcony with slopes - it is worth warning in advance because I think it is not adequate for the price.

A great romantic stay, a very rich buffet, breakfast mega!! An atmospheric dinner with music, of course very tasty. And this Thai massage 😍. Very nice and helpful ladies at the reception as well as the entire staff. Thank you 😍
