Great location, good hotel, nothing to complain about. The breakfast could have been a bit more varied over the course of the stay.

Hotel in a great location, you can use public transport or walk. Very clean and cozy rooms. It's nice that the hotel has a small gym with professional equipment and a Finnish sauna. The reception makes sure that customers are satisfied with the service.

The Europeum Hotel is located in the very center of Wroclaw, which is conducive to exploring the city on foot. Spacious and modern rooms, a large bathroom with a shower and a set of toiletries. I rate the breakfasts very highly, with a wide selection of great quality products. The hotel has everything to make guests feel good here, especially thanks to the service. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

The room is well prepared for families with a baby. A travel cot, a set of toys, rockers, towels for the child. Great! The carpet throughout the room is conducive to play. Great location, outdoor and indoor parking - to choose according to color. Very good breakfasts. When we go to Wroclaw, we will definitely choose the same hotel!

Great location of the hotel, ideal for admiring the beautiful views of the Oder River or Ostrów Tumski. In the breakfast buffet you can find both hot and cold dishes. On the plus side - a very nice approach of the staff to hotel guests! Europeum makes sure that the rest is full of attractions. Bicycle rental is a hit! Someone arranged these rooms nicely. It is comfortable and tidy.

Location - close to many interesting places, parking in the hotel (beware of difficult descent and exit), impeccable cleanliness in rooms and other rooms, very polite service. On the downside, the noisy operation of the air conditioning and the lack of a tilting window.

The rooms are nicely decorated and thoroughly cleaned. Ideally located hotel for business or private travelers, because it is close to the city center. It's great that you can rent bikes for free and explore Wroclaw. The routes along the Oder are impressive! Breakfasts were always rich and fresh. Everything we tried was delicious. Very nice and helpful service. This is an additional plus of this hotel.

We were there again. We are satisfied. The room is from the backyard so quiet. Breakfast without madness but everything is there. But why did I pay a lot more for the room, booking it well in advance than the price the day before arrival. I checked on the hotel website.

All the hotel employees are polite, friendly and helped us making our stay a great experience, that's why we stay every summer when we go to Wrocław. Breakfast is great, the beds are comfy for a good night sleep and the hotel location is perfect.

We appreciate the cleaning quality as well as the room quietness. The reception staff is professional, very polite and available to give explanations. I don't like the hotel bathtub. I find it unhygienic, and getting in and out is difficult because the glass splash guard limits the access. This can be dangerous for the elderly or those with limited mobility. It might be useful to have a second suitcase support for those couples who travel with more than one piece of luggage. The breakfast services were too slow; we continuosly had to ask at the waitress spoons, or forks, or glasses, or cups because everything were always missing; I can't say whether this situation was due to a lack of staff, in our case there was only one girl on duty and she didn't seem to know what to do.

The location is excellent 👌 and the hotel rooms are comfortable. The decoration for the children was a nice surprise.

A great place, perfect for a base in Wroclaw. Clean and well-prepared rooms for children, including cots, toys, paintings, etc., a revelation. The service is nice and helpful. And the biggest plus is the mega comfortable beds, recently we have been to a few hotels in a row and nowhere has it been so comfortable We recommend :)

Unfortunately, they had to do so for health reasons. Cancel for reasons, unfortunately no refund received for breakfast

I've been going to this hotel for a few years now: very good location, excellent coffee. However, the booking and check-in process itself has deteriorated significantly: you either have to pay for your stay in advance or provide a credit card number, which is charged before arrival. The breakfast menu has also deteriorated - the lack of salads and salads that were once offered. When checking in at a hotel, you must always show your ID card despite multiple visits to this hotel.

The location is certainly perfect. From the hotel you can walk to the boulevard or to the restaurant in the Market Square. The facility is well soundproofed, you can't hear cars, even though the hotel is located on a busy street.

A very good experience!
