It's great that it can be like that

I stayed at the hotel for approximately five nights, which is a relatively long stay, and unfortunately, the service was disappointing throughout our entire visit. The issues started with the cleanliness of the room, including housekeeping and towel replacement, and continued with the poor maintenance of the facilities, especially the swimming pool. The pool was extremely dirty, and both my daughter and I were cut twice by something in the water, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the maintenance and safety of the pool. The food was very basic and lacked variety, but above all, the biggest disappointment was the attitude and service of the staff. Many employees were extremely unfriendly and made us feel far from welcome as guests. Another major issue was the fact that the vast majority of the staff did not speak English, including the cooks working at the hot food stations and even the lifeguards at the swimming pool. As foreign guests, this gave us the strong impression that international visitors are simply not a priority and are not particularly welcome at your hotel. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I will not return to this hotel, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to others. I also do not intend to stay at another hotel belonging to your chain. This is especially unfortunate because the location, the lakes, and the surrounding area are absolutely beautiful. We will definitely return to this specific area and to Poland in general, but sadly, we will choose a different hotel next time. It is a real shame that such a wonderful location is let down by such a disappointing level of service.

At the insistence of my 4-year-old son, we stayed here for the second time this summer. It’s clear that some parts of the hotel need renovation, but there are no functional issues. There are plenty of activities for kids. The staff is very helpful, but the fact that few of them speak English can sometimes cause difficulties. However, they’re so helpful that they manage to overcome the language barrier one way or another. The food is excellent. They offer a perfect vacation for families with children.

Hello, Thank you for creating such a beautiful and well-maintained environment. We really enjoyed the flower beds, tennis courts, and the small zoo. It is clear that a lot of effort has gone into creating such a lovely place. However, considering the relatively high price, we would appreciate seeing some special offers or discounts, for example, when booking two nights or for families with children. It would be a nice touch to provide complimentary drinking water or juice by the pool. It would be a small but very appreciated addition to the overall guest experience. Overall, thank you for all the effort you have put into creating such a beautiful place. I hope you will consider these suggestions to make the stay even more enjoyable for your guests.

Great hotel

Everything was ok, but i think that such activities like padle, tennic, electric cycles, mottor boats and bowling the hotek can do for the guests with a disscount at least. Also u can do more activities for adaults not only 2 days a week disco, it can be more days. I think that all the prices in hotel ard expansive it can be cheeper

Very good experience overall, lots of activities, perfect for family stays. To note: very happy there was gluten free options with the catering services

Džiaugiuosi, kad paėmėm atnaujintus kambarius, tai nakvynė buvo puiki. Ačiū, kad suteikėte abu kambarius vieną šalia kito, kas buvo ypatingai patogu. Turėjom pusryčius ir vakarienes, pasirinkimas didelis, įvairiems skoniams, niekas neliko alkanas, labai geras maistas buvo. Tik restorane kėdės - limpančios, toks jausmas, kad jas palietus rankos lieka nešvarios. Taip pat patiko, kad teritorijoje buvo vasaros rogutės (gal tik nefaina, kad kai kurie prieš tai besileidžiantys žmonės važiavo žemyn ypač lėtai, tai dukra irgi turėjo slinkti iš paskos porą kartų, kas nesuteikia jokio džiaugsmo taip leistis lėtai nuo kalno rogutėmis - jokio adrenalino) - turėtų būti kažkoks atstumų ribojimas, kad visi nusileidimai būtų smagūs. Ne taip patiko, kad didieji lauko baseinai buvo tokie šalti, kad nebuvo įmanoma maudytis: kaip ir yra, bet pasinaudoti negali. Pats baseinas galėtų būti atnaujintas, nes nemažai kur atsilaupę plytelės (vaikas susižeidė pėdą), nedega vidaus baseino šviestuvai, trūksta jaukumo. Vanduo baseinuose irgi neatrodė švarus. Fenai baseine aplūžę, beveik nedžiovino, dušai irgi arba buvo per karši arba silpna srovė, nebuvo kai kur dušo želė, tai tiesiog ėjom į kambarius praustis, nes kambariuose buvo taip daug patogiau. Mokant taip brangiai, chalatai turėtų būti nemokami. Taip pat visas parkingas viešbučio svečiams turėtų būti nemokamas. Kadangi daugiausia informacija pateikta lenkiškai, pritrūko informacijos anglų kalba, būtume norėję sudalyvauti renginiuose, kurie vyko. Iš esmės apsilankymas patiko, linkiu toliau vykdyti atnaujinimus.

Booked renovated room for additional cost. However, room had cracks on the wall, which was visible through wallpapers. Ventilation in the shower was not working, so it was always humid inside. Air conditioner was not cooling the room, but felt more like it was just circulating air in the room. Refrigerator was not cleaned.

Very good stay with family- pool included, good meal and great atmosphere! We stay here time after time!

I can not give five stars, as we arrived with kids mid June and all kids area outside was closed due to reconstruction. Plus sofa for the kids was very uncomfortable:/ , beside that all ok.

Food was superb!

A beautiful and cozy hotel, but because the hotel is not full, you decided it was a good time to tidy things up. The food selection is relatively poor and the pool activities were not always available. For example, on Wednesday they closed the slides and said they wouldn't work until Thursday. Yesterday, when they made up the room, they put the sheet on and that was it, they didn't clean the floor or change the towels.
