I haven't met such a nice and smiling service for a long time. I recommend the hotel to everyone staying in Wrocław.

Staying at the Cyrus Hotel is a real pleasure. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and modern. The hotel is located next to the Market Square, so everything is close. The service is very nice and helpful. Firecracker breakfasts! I will be happy to come back :)

Cyrus Hotel is a unique place in every way. Excellent location - in the heart of Wrocław, 3 minutes walk from the Market Square. Wonderful interiors, designed with great taste and attention to detail, thus creating a unique atmosphere of the hotel. Very spacious, comfortable rooms, giving you the opportunity to rest and calm down. Professional, polite and very helpful staff. It is also impossible to omit the culinary issue. The food was delicious and beautifully served. Russian dumplings are a real feast for the 😁 palate I fully recommend this hotel to everyone who appreciates high standards, excellent service, beautiful interiors and excellent cuisine. This is a place you want to come back to!

A feel-good hotel ... modern and at the same time classic design in very good craftsmanship. The solid design can be recognized even by details that are not immediately visible... e.g. the stone base in the door frames of the bathrooms (it prevents the door frames from swelling unsightly due to moisture within a few months).

The best boutique hotel in Wroclaw. We come back regularly and recommend it to everyone who likes silence, good design and great cuisine (liver is insane!) Service at the highest level, thank you for your hospitality.

One of the most beautifuls hotels. Amazing architecture design, super polite and helpful service staff, very comfortable, loved the bed and the big a shower a lot. Breakfast was very delicious, loved idea the bufet and a la carte combo. Lovely music which is not intrusive. In the bar we drank best coctails and the chocolate soufle was so tasty. One suggestion: it is a pitty that the birthday of your guest is not celebrated. In other hotels they pay attention to such details and welcome the guest with little surprice. That is also part of warm hospitality and give an unforgettable experience to your guest. So for the future i would recommend this to double check it.

Very nice hotel. You can meet the owner himself in it. It's very nice how the owner himself takes care of the guests 🙂, the service impeccably, after one incident with a security guard who mistook us for someone else and told us to take the car from the front of the hotel. Unfortunately, he didn't apologize to us for the mistake and seemed visibly upset.

The location is about a 5-10 min walk from the square and train line to the train station. Plenty food options nearby and center to everything. The room and sauna were great. The hotel bar was also nice. Highly recommend. Will be back for sure.

I stayed in the hotel from 29.09.29 to 1.10.26, in the classic double room. The hotel is an insider tip. Centrally located, it is a 3-5 minute walk to the town hall square, and hidden in a small side street - very quiet. In the hotel quiet atmosphere, relaxation, culture. You have everything - around the corner begins "cheering, hustle and bustle, cheerfulness". The rooms are very clean. In the courtyard there is seating with small tables. The staff is very accommodating, fulfilled my requests completely, immediately. For my part, I would like to thank the staff for a nice 3 days. Christine

Localização boa no centro histórico. Quarto silencioso com cama maravilhosa colchao no ponto nem macio nem duro ecedredons perfeitos. Quartos com cofre. Cafe da manhã delicioso com todos ingredientes frescos e destaque para os pratos feitos na hora fora o buffet,como toast de avocado com ovo poche ou de salmão. Restaurante bom. Uma observação:o cofre do quarto abre com o código inserido pelo hóspede e TAMBEM com um código base de fábrica formado por caracteres repetidos que não vou dizer. A corrigir com urgência

And instead of five different lighting variants, a fabric mat in front of the bed would have been desirable so that you didn't have to walk around on the cold floor at night. The breakfast was ok, but we experienced that much better in comparable hotels: instead of tea bags, loose tea, more salads and, above all, a larger range of breads. And sitting with your back directly in the passageway of all the other guests at breakfast does not invite you to linger, but to eat quickly and leave soon. To bring the luggage from the underground car park to the room, you had to change by elevator! Help with luggage was not offered. The parking situation in the underground car park overwhelmed some drivers, but you could leave the car for a pleasantly long time even after check-out. The hotel corresponds in its quality to a good, also very good city hotel, but by no means to an excellent or even outstanding one.

We were greeted very warmly and got everything well explained at check-in. The room was pretty and very big. The location is more than perfect. In the bar, I was greeted warmly by the hotel owner with a "Thank you for choosing our hotel" On the next visit to the city, this hotel will return.

A very nice hotel, which runs a tasteful style through all areas. Much was created in elaborate handwork. We liked it very much. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent. The location is very ok, the team is young, gaining experience, very clean, breakfast very tasty - during breakfast it is nice to drink espresso from a good portafilter machine, which was turned on, but unfortunately there is no person who knows how to operate the machine - it is not the 5+ standard

Everything was perfect: friendly staff, clean rooms, and I was upgraded to a better room at no extra cost. The windows were effectively soundproofed. The only issue was that the air conditioning couldn't be turned off (at least not in my room); personally, that one drawback might keep me from returning.

Hotel Cyrus is our unique place in Wroclaw. Great location, atmosphere, comfortable rooms and tasty food. Nice service! In addition, we are often happy to use the fitness studio and sauna. What is also important are beautiful rooms and a comfortable bed. Best regards and always recommend.
