Hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its great location. Infrastructure is nice, and the rooms are new, modern, and comfortable. Unfortunately, the overall experience was ruined by poor customer service and an extremely unprofessional attitude from the staff.
Our issues started right at booking, when their system glitched and kicked me out. Immediately after, the room price jumped by €200. When I brought this up with the hotel, they completely refused to solve it, arguing that it was just an automatic system function and completely out of their hands.
The poor service continued throughout our stay. Arriving for dinner at 7:30 PM, we were turned away because there were no free tables and were bluntly told to come back at 9:00 PM—which is completely unacceptable when traveling with two small children. Breakfasts were equally chaotic; an hour before the service ended, half the buffet was empty and staff simply stopped replenishing the food. On top of that, there is very little to do at the hotel in the evenings, as there is no proper lobby bar or cozy common area to relax in, just the restaurant.
Also they are sending newsletters everyday but just in Polish, which I don't understand when you have hotel occupied from half with foreighners.
