I really liked the location of this luxury hotel by the dunes. The pool and sauna are great for relaxing. The cleanliness in the room was impeccable throughout the trip. The approach to guests in this luxury facility is at a high level. The breakfasts were delicious and gave energy for a walk through the forest.

Too long walks through the corridors to the hotel room.

When you enter the room, there is an unpleasant smell, I don't know if you have poor ventilation, for the opening of a hotel in June this something is not refined

The room was very well-kept and shone with cleanliness upon arrival. The varied menu made sure that everyone found something for themselves. Relaxing in the jacuzzi after a walk to the dunes was extremely pleasant. The menu in the hotel restaurant is varied and well thought-out. From the balcony I admired the sunsets over the Baltic Sea itself. Very friendly attitude of the staff to families with small children. The quality of the meals served here is at the highest level.

I'm glad we found such a well-kept and clean room. The location of the hotel makes the sound of the sea audible in the room. I liked that the pool was open until late in the evening. I often ate at the hotel restaurant and was always satisfied. I felt great here, having the sea and the forest so close.

You could feel the freshness throughout the room from the very entrance. The choice at the buffet was huge and everything tasted fresh. The ladies at the reception checked us in very quickly upon arrival. The location allows for quick walks straight to the sand. The water in the pool was perfectly warm until you didn't want to go out. The choice of dishes during dinner was really impressive and tasty. The pool was always clean and properly prepared for guests. I'm going again, it's ok.

Everything at the highest level, very nice service, very good food, great pools and jacuzzi, and the view from the 9th floor - delightful.

The room looked like it had been cleaned before my visit. BUT the lack of effective ventilation (5th floor) is a nuisance, especially in the bathroom, If there is an additional door to the toilet, the fact that it is transparent is a big misunderstanding. In the pool area under the showers dangerously hot water: are there any settings ?? someone is keeping an eye on it ? Relaxing in the sauna with a view of the surrounding forest was relaxing. The obligation to enter the sauna with a towel and in a BATHING SUIT is a contradiction of the sense of sauna; At the same time, it is harmful: high temperature forces the release of poisons from clothing made of synthetic materials

With the nice weather on the beach there were no deck chairs available / they were locked with a padlock / at the reception they didn't know why The people at the reception should be more helpful to guests and give comprehensive information on every topic.

The location right next to the beach is a huge advantage of the hotel. I am glad that we chose this modern facility close to nature.

Good morning. Cons - the room was not cleaned every day. Upon arrival, the safe in the room was locked. It was unlocked only the next day in the evening, after another request to do so. Despite ordering lunch as a second meal, dinner was written on the menu, which required explanation at the reception. You can see that the staff is still learning (it happens that they serve the meal to the man first, and then to the woman). Whirlpool bathtubs would need to be adjusted. In some of them, the water is too hot, so people do not use them. Not all nozzles work. Best regards. Beata

In the luxury edition of this hotel, order is an absolute must.

The room was in great condition, they take great care of order, although there is a problem with the sewage system and a bad smell in the shower cubicle. A nicely designed resort, where the spa zone is a big plus. The staff in this resort was extremely helpful and smiling. Unfortunately, when it comes to gastronomy, this is a big disadvantage. I believe that a 5-star hotel should have better standards. Bread for both breakfast and dinner is not baked. Not a small selection at all. Monotonous dishes. The hotel itself is an ideal place to relax in a quiet, green environment and close to the sea.

Unfortunately, the stay did not meet my expectations. I have a Golden Card and regularly use the services of the Gołębiewski Hotel in Karpacz, where I have never encountered such negative experiences. The staff at the reception was rude and not very polite. We also had similar feelings in the café with a piano. In addition, at the reception we were refused a set of Tago sweets, even though we were with a child. I heard that such a set is only available for weekly stays, which does not agree with my previous experience – in Gołębiewski in Karpacz we also received it during weekend stays. The organization of meals was also a big problem. There were long queues for the coffee machine, and about 20 people were waiting for live dishes at each of the two stands. With a hotel of this class, and especially as a regular guest with a Golden Card, I expected a much higher level of service and better organization.

The hotel is impressive. Everywhere is clean and fragrant. The room was very clean, which made the stay by the sea more pleasant. We slept very well - comfortable mattress and fresh bedding. Breakfast and dinner at this resort were really solid and tasty. The restaurant staff was very helpful during meals. The beer machine was foaming (a new keg was inserted) and a nice gentleman from the staff took a mug of foam and poured me a beer from the buffet. The children were delighted with the pizza and ice cream that they could put on themselves. The hotel is located in the heart of a beautiful forest. The modern décor of the lobby makes a very good first impression. Drinks. Desserts delicious and beautifully served. Live music by Mr. Michał Wiśniewski makes the atmosphere. The relaxation zone is very modern and quiet - graduation towers, a salt cave. Children satisfied with the pools and playground. We give 10/10 for your stay. ❤️

Very fast and discreet room service during the entire stay. The place is well communicated, easy to get to any place. Sauna after a long walk along the seashore was a hit. I ate with taste, having a beautiful view of nature outside the window. You could feel the freshness in the whole room from the very entrance.
