Ample parking, beautiful grounds and a great recreation area!

SuperRestauracja serves delicious dishes. I recommend it to everyone. Very good location with a wide range of attractions. You can ski, explore and relax.

Tasty and varied dishes. Breakfasts are a plus - only the lack of signatures under the dishes. For example, delicious-looking jelly - fish or meat inside? For people who don't eat everything, it's a problem. Saunas are a big plus, a nice indoor pool. Cleanliness is a plus. Reception is a plus. Service at breakfast - without a smile. Perfect location - ah, those views. In general, for families with children, I recommend it very much. The little ones are delighted.

I rate the stay very positively! The hotel looks attractive, the rooms are very cozy and beautifully tuned! The food is fantastic and there is a rich selection! Wellness simply 👍️ ! Saunas sufficient (dry, steam, infrared, ice/cooling) It is an ideal place for families with children! And a trip to Sněžka will probably not be missed 💪

A great place for families and groups. Beautiful surroundings . I was a little disappointed with the relocation of the restaurant.. I liked the previous place more. The service is very helpful and involved. Cleanliness-impeccable. ❤️

A nice holiday with a dog

The food is absolutely fine, including a children's corner with food for the little ones. Perfect mountain landscape. From the windows of the room there is a beautiful view of Śnieżka. The fantastic crew makes this place really special. Great attractions, elevator, large parking and beautiful area around!

For me, one of the worst hotels in Poland that I have visited. Dates of the visit 19.9. - 21.9. Reception: Completely insufficient capacity for check-in, you can wait for more than half an hour, while the Hotel knows how many people should arrive + it was out of season. The staff at the reception does not speak a foreign language. After they served us and we reached the room, we found out that they had chipped the cards into a completely different room. So we could go back again. Apartments: A nice idea, but a tragic execution. The apartment is large, spacious and at the same time completely ill-conceived, the bedroom is so small that there is no room left for bedside tables. All the furniture is of poor quality, falling apart, the whole thing looks nice on the outside, but in detail these are things like from a Chinese market. The shower is a separate chapter, the equipment that is in the rooms is disgusting, non-functional, does not drain, it is all overgrown, unmaintained, worse equipment than in an inferior Egyptian hotel. Wellness: Insufficient capacity. 19.9. non-functional large pool. I can't imagine it during the season. (Update I learned that there was feces floating in the pool) The only positive is that from 20:30 it is only for adults. Services: Almost no one speaks a foreign language. A disgrace to the Polish education system. Our accommodation was in Apartment A5 and it was already on the verge of commuting to the main building, I can't imagine living in building E. Do you want to make sausages? Then count 30 zlotys for wood. Do you want to play in the gaming room, which is free? Well, first you have to buy chips. Do you want a bathrobe? 20 zlotys. You pay for every stupid thing here. Almost nothing is actually part of the accommodation. Cleaning needs to be more thorough and better, hairs in the bathtub left by previous visitors... Breakfast: The only plus of this accommodation, although again insufficient seating capacity, some have to sit in the hallway and 100% juice means 20% juice and the rest water. Location: Actually, there is nothing interesting nearby and you have to get everywhere by car, but the price is the same as in tourist areas. For me, this is one big SCAM and I can't recommend it, next time I'd rather have something smaller, where the peace and service will be at a high level.

Promotions on the website don't work, prices are twice as high as on booking, and there are faeces floating in the pool. The worst weekend in my life. Sometimes more.

Our stay in Osada Śnieżka exceeded our wildest expectations. It is a unique place that perfectly combines a high standard with a homely, cordial atmosphere and beautiful views of the Giant Mountains. The staff showed great professionalism, smile and helpfulness at every step, which made us feel really cared for.

The rooms are very spacious. Everywhere is almost sterile clean. The staff is simply brilliant. Really family-friendly property, large parking, lots of attractions and a lot of space. Super connection to Karpacz, literally 10 minutes away. Great food. Nutritious and healthy breakfast was not a problem.

Our stay in Osada Snieżka was very successful. The reception by Mrs. Katarzyna was professional, friendly and warm. Meals varied and tasty. The service of the apartments was helpful and professional. Thank you.

Great location - very good access, beautiful views, quiet area and very close to Karpacz. Clean and tidy. Rooms very spacious. Large selection of bread. Delicious and fresh rolls are the basis for me! Nice, large parking and a plus for the fact that the rooms have all the necessary information. The staff is distinguished by high culture.

Satisfied, everything in my case was ok, as promised. The biggest inconvenience is the fact that at the time of ordering the stay, I did not have information in which segment I would receive the apartment. "I succeeded", because I received it in A3, and it is close to the center, reception, swimming pool and restaurant. But I would be far dissatisfied if it was, for example, in segments C or D, not to mention E. The second issue, important for the elderly, is the matter of how many stairs there is to climb to get to the segment. I'm not saying that the ones at the top of the building are unacceptable, but I just point out that the customer is entitled to information about a specific offer at the time of ordering. I don't have a grudge personally, because I didn't ask about these things when ordering accommodation, but I know that in the case of Osada Śnieżka it is an important element, because you can be quite dissatisfied in certain personal situations. In general, however, - a very good place and good service! However, since the question was 'sincere', I wrote down. Best regards

I'm the first, but certainly not the last time. The place is great. I like the whole resort with service and food. In addition, after daily walks along the mountain trails, I can relax in the evening. We are with two children, aged 4 and 12, and I think that there are attractions for everyone. I will definitely come back here.

We often return to this place and will come back more than once. A very well adapted place for families with children in terms of attractions and amenities. Friendly service, full culture and professionalism. The food in the restaurant is great! I recommend the pumpkin tart, a real firecracker with an autumn taste. A great place for corporate integration! Our team spent an unforgettable integration trip in Osada Śnieżka. The facility is fantastically adapted to serve organized groups. Spacious and modern apartments provided us with full comfort, and beautiful views of the Giant Mountains and the surroundings of nature were perfect for resting after the official part of the day. The large, well-developed area gave us plenty of opportunities to spend time outdoors. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with a wide selection of dishes that satisfied each of the participants. The SPA & Wellness zone with swimming pools, where you could fully relax, also deserves praise. With a pure heart, I recommend Osada Śnieżka to anyone who is looking for a proven place for an event or a team-building trip in the mountains! We will definitely come back here again.
