A place worth visiting. The location is very cool. The staff takes care of the cleanliness of the common areas. Everything is perfect. The people who work here are a treasure! Culture and professionalism. A very nice offer of attractions for children. Really tasty food. Dinners were very varied. I recommend everyone a very good place to calm down and rest 👍️

We are very satisfied with the choice of location. Peace, quiet, and it is very close to Karpacz. A great place with great service. Delicious dinners, delicious breakfasts - in general, the cuisine is a big plus! Great places for recreation. I have no complaints about cleanliness - everything is perfectly maintained.

The service makes you feel really special.

Dinners are very diverse. There is nothing to cling to when it comes to cleanliness. Very nice service. Lots of attractions and animations dedicated to children. A great place for families. A great idea for a weekend trip in Lower Silesia.

Unfortunately, I also have a negative experience. We were with a pet, I welcomed a water bowl and 2 plastic bags, but the room we got smelled of a cat toilet. They could at least ventilate, the smell persisted throughout the day, even though we had all the windows open. Another negative experience with food. We arrived at 6:03 p.m., waited 8 minutes in line and when we finally got to eat, we had leftovers. Pancakes and pancakes were absolutely impossible to eat, the tofu was good the first day, the next day it smelled sour, just like their tartare, it was a complete disaster. Unfortunately, the cauliflower was undercooked, hard to cut and bite. The meat was drier, but nothing else could be expected from the chicken breast in the sauce. Vegetables and fruits were great, fresh and salads also on 1. And also cheese, an absolute fairy tale. Unfortunately, they didn't even have yogurts for breakfast, only cream in 1 bowl. But the premises and the area were clean, the room was tidy and the bed was very pleasant.

Frühstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Allerdings war es jeden Tag an einem anderen Ort, manchmal im Keller, manchmal oben. Die Appartements are now schön und modern aber die Heizung ist eine Katastrophe. Entweder ist es kalt weil sie nicht funktioniert oder es ist wie in der Sauna. Der Wasserdruck am Wasserhahn ist ein Witz. Je nachdem welche Apartment man bekommt, kann es sehr weit zu laufen sein, insbesondere zum Schwimmbad/Sauna. Die Öffnungszeiten der Sauna und Schwimmbad sind leider nicht wie im Angebot, sondern stark reduziert. Unter der Woche öffnet es spät und schließt früh, kein Zeitslot ausschließlich für Erwachsene. Der Kinderbereich ist eine Falle, alles kostet Geld und die Kinder werden enttäuscht sein.

A great option with half board - it's worth paying extra because it's really delicious. Delicious salads, fish, meats, a large selection of cakes, very good food. Poor water pressure in part of apartments C.

The hotel is worth recommending, but SPA I wholeheartedly recommend! ❤️ Full professionalism, wonderful communication and an extremely nice atmosphere. The massage was performed with great commitment, care and sensitivity. You can fully relax and feel that you are in the best hands. A great approach to the client makes you want to come back. I definitely recommend it! ❤️

A very nice place, a large playroom and top animations. Mrs. Kasia and Mrs. Magda were super involved, my son liked them very much. The rooms could be a little better, and on weekends there is a bit crowded for food, but otherwise ok.

Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit, auch die Animation mit Madzia und Kasia war auch sehr kinderfreundlich, auch wenn man nicht polnisch spricht. Unnötig fand ich die vielen Blinkende, bezahlautomaten in der Spielewelt die potential für Konflikte bieten, wenn man nicht 5zt pro Spiel Ausgeben möchte. Es gibt viele schöne Wanderungen direkt in der Nähe zum Hotel. Für uns hat es sich zum Wochenende hin schon ziemlich voll angefühlt, das merkt man vor allem beim Essen und im Schwimmbad. Alles in allem ein rundum sorglos Paket für uns als Familie

A great place close to Jelenia Góra, Karpacz and Szklarska Poręba. Great places to visit and admire We were there for the second time and we will definitely come back, I highly recommend this place. Everything looks like new, the rooms are comfortable, but above all perfectly clean. Tasty bread and toppings. I recommend breakfast. All employees are very nice, willing to help and are very open. A wide range of conferences, various options for choosing rooms and a lot of amenities, such as a swimming pool or saunas. ❤️❤️❤️

Usually a website from writing reviews, but here you can't be indifferent. Tempted by the Mountain Resorts sign (we've already been to other hotels of this chain) and great advertising in social media, I booked a stay here in an apartment with my family. The shower is covered with fungus to the max. I've never seen anything like this before. The drain, of course, is also clogged. Cleanliness in the apartment leaves a lot to be desired. But this shower is a failure. How is a child supposed to sit and bathe in such a paddling pool?! The heater in the living room does not work. A technician was called and it did nothing. Fortunately, you could buy wood for the stove at the reception and it was not so cold outside. Food... A small choice, but it's still nothing. On the first evening at 6:15 p.m., there was nowhere to sit. The other rooms were closed. I took the last three chicken nuggets from the children and they were no longer reported as with the rest of the potato slices. I have never encountered anything like this that food was not added until the end of the restaurant's opening. Bravo to the engaged animators. Animations throughout the day. Very cheerful ladies. It smells very bad in the playroom downstairs! I'm surprised that no one is doing anything about it, because it's impossible not to smell it. Beautiful bike trail close to the property. Animations and localization are enough of the pluses. Cleanliness and food are essential! I thought that Mountain Resorts meant quality at a high level. Not in this case.

Everything is very well prepared for families with children - lots of different attractions. You can eat a very tasty and healthy breakfast here. Brilliant location, Karpacz right next door, quiet and peaceful around. It is a clean place where you can relax without the slightest problem 😊 Super service, everyone helpful.

A very interesting facility with a lot of attractions, a great place for a trip in the Giant Mountains. It's great that you can rent a bike, because there is really a place to ride around - but there was no information that the rental is open only in the season.

Very good location, beautiful view of the mountains, there is a place to ride a bike or walk. Special thanks to Mrs. Kasia from the reception who immediately fulfilled our request and helped us more than once in trouble. A very nice and professional person. A great place for families with children, at every step there is an attraction, animations and playgrounds. Everything is neat, clean, the area is beautifully landscaped with greenery. The apartment is very clean, well equipped, the beds are comfortable. Breakfasts are delicious, varied. There is nothing to 🫶 complain about, we will 👍️ definitely come back here

The service is simply great! Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Lunches were very varied. We ate different meals every day. A beautiful hotel at the foot of the Giant Mountains, an ideal starting point. You can see that it is a facility adapted for children, a whole lot of very interesting attractions.

Great facility where you can really recharge your batteries! We were there again. The lady booking fulfilled our wishes for the apartment. Thank you and we appreciate it. A few cons just for more attention: the sofa in the living room is replaceable. As well as the frying pan in the kitchen. The kitchen was enough for us, but poorly equipped. The lack of a dishwasher and washing machine in many other apartments are already available. The swimming pool could be open with a sauna beforehand. Possibility to lock your bikes in a bike room or under the 😉 roof

We came here with friends who had visited this hotel before. Now we know why! 😊 The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the food is very good and with a great choice for children and adults. Attractions for children are a revelation! The two-level playroom made a huge impression on us. In addition, the swimming pool, which we used every day. Our little ones, 2 and 4 years old, had a great time and felt very good here. We enjoyed our stay. It is the perfect place for a family trip with small children. Definitely recommended! ❤️

Super hotel close to the mountains - from the windows you can see Śnieżka, close to the bike route, nice and quiet. A large selection for breakfast. Delicious bread and cold cuts. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is a great swimming pool, a nice sauna area and a lot of attractions for children, such as a games room or a kids club.
