Skvelá lokalita, výborné raňajky, príjemný personál. Jediné čo nám chýbalo, že hotel nemá ekektrobicykle. Gdansk má krásne cyklotrasy, takže by to hostia určite uvítali. Hotel určite odporúčam a radi sa vrátime.

Everything is excellent and at high level. The resraurance cuisine should be although a level up including air recuperation above the ovens in an open kitchen wich leaves the clothes smelly. Apart from that its a nice comeback hotel.

A smile is a first impression of any hospitality business. Perhaps your staff can be thought to be a bit more attentive to the hotel guests. I waited almost twenty minutes at the reception before she paid attention to me. When I paid with my US card for the garage and chose the option to be charged in PLN, she then pressed something and give me a slip to sign without any explanation. I thought I was signing the slip ( couldn’t read small print without my glasses), looked at it once I got to the room - she made me sign an agreement for the hotel to use their own exchange rate to charge me in US$, obviously overwriting my choice of the local currency charge. I also found the garage fee outrageous ( 150PLN charged as US$43). The spa reception staff was no better - no greetings, no eye contact as you come in. Overall, I didn’t feel welcomed at this hotel. Which is a pitty as I would have loved to come back - great location, clean, spaceous. But I left with a bitter filling that ruined my experience of the beauty city of Gdansk.

We had a very pleasant stay at Grano Hotel Gdańsk Riverside. The hotel is modern, comfortable and well located, making it a great choice for exploring Gdańsk. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very nice. The breakfast offered a good variety of quality products, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, everything was well organized and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful property with professional and helpful staff. We really liked the variety at breakfast which gave us a good start to the day. Slightly disappointed that on one occasion staff entered our room even though we had the DND card on the door. Overall very happy guests.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Grano in Danzig war einfach hervorragend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohl. Das gesamte Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend – hier wird Gastfreundschaft wirklich gelebt. Besonders begeistert hat uns das traumhafte Frühstück: eine riesige Auswahl, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet – ein perfekter Start in den Tag! 🥐☕️ Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Ambiente, hervorragendem Service und einer Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung – 5 Sterne! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

En cuatro días incapaces de cambiar la bombilla fundida de la mesita, así que sin poder leer libros ninguna noche. El aire acondicionado hace muchísimo ruido. El personal de recepción son de lo mas desagradable, antipatico y maleducado, ni te responden ni te miran cuando das buenos días o adiós. En cambio el personal del desayuno, bar y el SPA simpáticos, educados y muy profesionales. El hotel está bien situado, limpio y binito.

Fantastyczny hotel do którego wróciłyśmy ponownie i w tym roku. W poprzednim roku nosił nazwę Almond Hotel. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo pomocna i miła, wszystko na najwyzszym poziomie, dostepny czajnik kawa herbata itd. Hotel położony jest w fantastycznym miejscu blisko centrum. Spa i wellness bez zarzutów, basen przestronny z ciepłą wodą, dostępne 2 sauny i jacuzzi, wspaniały relaks. Dystrybutor z wodą również w holu był nieoceniony w trakcie lata. Jestwm ponownie zachwycona i napewno będąc w Trójmieście i Gdańsku ponownie zawitam.

Hotel splendido molto curato, servizi ottimi, spa molto bella, al ristorante abbiamo mangiato benissimo. La camera era ampia pulita e molto luminosa, anche il bagno grande .

Le premier contact sur place fut froid et peu accueillant, ce qui est dommage parce que cela crée un ancrage négatif alors que la suite s'est plutôt bien passée. Globalement très bien, sinon que mes enfants m'ont rapporté que la piscine était moyennement propre (des sortes de lambeaux flottaient au fond) ce que je n'ai pas constaté moi-même.

Absolútna spokojnosť so službami hotela. Izba čistá a útulne zariadená. Raňajky excelentné. Vrelo odporúčam.

Very nice stay. Great room, extensive breakfast and my son (aged 11) found the pool a highlight. Had a wonderful massage as well.

The Hotel is beautiful, the Restaurant really nice and the rooms are big and clean, we will come back

Breakfast is too expensive comparing to other hotels. Employees at the reception should speak better english.
