The hotel is in a very good location, close to the ski slope and the center, this is a big advantage. The spa area with a heated pool is a revelation. The food and drinks in the restaurant are delicious. A sensational show of magic. Potter's decorations made a huge impression. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very nice service. I recommend

My first observation, the hotel certainly does not correspond to the 5-star standard. The interior is gray and gloomy, there are no fresh flowers. Anyone who arrives at the hotel in the afternoon has no chance of parking under the facility, there is really a lot of occupancy. The staff is helpful, especially the luggage master, for whom there is no problem and the guest's whim, which cannot be remedied. Clean and well-kept rooms, a lot of attractions on weekends for the whole family, but also in the evenings for adults. There is a playroom for children in the facility, the equipment works, it is clean, available for tokens, which can be bought on site. You can attach yourself to very worn, even torn and yellowed bathrobes. They are terrible, unusable, and yet they are offered to guests who use them at the pool or sauna. A lot of bass, a lot of toys for kids. Breakfasts are also at 6. A large selection of everything, fruits, vegetables, and for kids on weekends fresh waffles, jellies, dumplings, everything very colorful. For adults, Proseco for a good morning is also offered on the weekend.

The hotel and rooms are nice, the location is great and the staff is generally very nice. A big plus is the possibility of breakfast until late and a rich animation program - for example, the sauna ceremony was great. However, we came across several points for improvement during our stay. The choice of food was sufficient and tasty, but some dishes were just lukewarm, salads withered and the staff did not have time to take away the dishes. However, we were most disappointed that no one warned us about the Sunday closing hours of the wellness at 21:00, although they still state until 23:00 on the website and directly at the entrance. In addition, the sauna zone lacks sheets, there is no quiet zone and the staff lets guests go to the sauna in swimsuits. The hotel has great potential, but these organizational and operational shortcomings unnecessarily detract from its quality

I'm not Polish, but I've been living in Wrocław for five years and I love Lower Silesia with all my heart. I know it well, I love the Polish mentality, sense of humour, hospitality, and above all Polish cuisine. I also like to travel very much and during these five years we have visited a lot in Poland. I can say with full responsibility that the restaurant at the Bergo Hotel is one of the best hotel restaurants I have had the opportunity to be in. Both the choice and the quality of the food are really excellent. A special mention should be made of live cooking during breakfast, as well as a corner where you can bake waffles yourself – both for breakfast and dinner. Although it is called a "kids buffet", some bearded guests used it 😉 with great pleasure The buffet is very well thought out, the bread is fresh and delicious, and the hot dishes are of really great quality. Great respect for the chef! It's a pity that we're only here for two nights – although on the other hand, we wouldn't necessarily want 😄 to leave with a few extra kilos "as a souvenir" either And speaking of kilograms and ways to lose them – the hotel's SPA, although relatively small, surprised us very positively, especially with sauna ceremonies. Yesterday we came across a sauna ceremony completely by accident and we were delighted. We ran out of strength for the scrub in the hammam and other ceremonies. It's a pity that we didn't know about them earlier – we would have prepared properly! By the way, I strongly advise you to check the program and schedule of attractions in the hotel in advance. The ceremonies in the SPA are really worth attention, but that's not all – the hotel also organizes concerts, meetings with alpacas and many other interesting attractions. The hotel itself is really great. A spacious room, a Lavazza capsule machine, water, teas, bathrobes and everything you need to use the SPA. The bed – simply sensational. I definitely recommend it. It's a really high quality of rest. And on top of that, we managed to find a hotel at a very good price thanks to the promotion on Booking.com. 11/10 for everything! ❤️

À éviter si vous cherchez de la détente au spa. C'est un hôtel pour familles et non pour couples cherchant du calme. Les enfants crient dans la piscine à côté du spa donc pas de calme possible, et ils accèdent à la zone réservée aux adultes. Le service est plutôt du niveau d'un 4 étoiles. Pas vraiment de bar cozy pour boire un verre le soir. Le petit déjeuner et salé, presque rien de sucré. Parking souvent plein. Chambre froide à notre arrivée et pas très chaleureuse. Bref on s'attendait à beaucoup mieux.

Now we are accommodated and I can say a big disappointment in the restaurant, where you have to slowly take your plate somewhere.. where is the place.. the service is stuck. The food, the rooms are great. The black-haired receptionist is unpleasant on arrival. Unbelievable how unpleasant she was when I asked where we could park first. She immediately wanted ID cards. Furthermore, there is no peace in the saunas or a place to rest. Children run to the whirlpool and climb into the saunas.. terrible.. small and you don't rest at all. Not to mention the fact that it is written 16+ on the door. Impractical to go to the whirlpool through the saunas.. A beautiful place, but poorly solved with children who scream there until 21:00. The mattresses in the rooms are terribly soft and you can hear the noise from the upper floor until morning. A big disappointment.

This is the second stay. Everything is at a very high level. The service is nice, the food is very tasty, the massage is also ok. Nice large outdoor jacuzzi... A bit of a small pool. A very nice lifeguard - Mr. Damian, who tells the riddle of numbers. The hotel is worth recommending.

I rate the stay very well. Delicious food. Close to the trails and the lift. It's just a pity that the pool is very small.

Excellent hotel in a nice location. Excellent staff and wellness. Complete peace in the evening and at night even with the balcony open. Free parking. The bed is softer, it depends on preferences. Excellent cuisine. Unfortunately, most hot dishes are completely cold. Burners and lamps do not hold the food teple.to is a great pity and the only defect, because otherwise it is very tasty. The staff doesn't care, the chefs obviously don't care about it. Otherwise, we definitely recommend it.

Rating : 5/5 ⭐️ We will remember our stay at the Bergo Hotel very well. It is a great place for families with children, but also for people who like to spend their time actively. The location is really very good – close to the center, and at the same time the hotel is a great starting point for hiking trips. From here you can go on trails, for m.in example, in the direction of Chybotek, Złoty Widok or Szrenica and many other beautiful places. A big advantage is very good cuisine – both breakfasts and dinners were tasty and varied. The recreation area also deserves a big plus: swimming pools, sauna and jacuzzi are the perfect place to relax after a long day on the trail. In addition, there is a gym and a playroom for children, so there is really something for everyone. Very nice and helpful service at the reception. Upon arrival, the room was very clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, in the following days, the quality of cleaning was no longer at such a high level. The countertop and sink were not always thoroughly wiped, as well as the desk and bedside tables – after a few days you could already see the dust. It also happened that on the penultimate day, dirty glasses were left in the room that were not taken. With this class of hotel, we would have expected more attention to detail. The second downside was animations for children. We bought a holiday offer, in which animations were to be available until 20.09. However, it turned out that there were no more animations during the week, despite the large number of children staying in the hotel. The autumn offer with animations on weekends was already available. We were a little sad, because it was because of the children and the announced animations that we decided to take this offer. Despite these two issues, we rate the whole stay definitely 5/5. The hotel has a great location, very good cuisine and a lot of attractions for both adults and children. We will remember it very well and we will definitely come back again! We hope that our comments will be taken as a constructive suggestion.

A unique approach to guests, even those in spe. We booked accommodations that were supposed to be our last nights on the trip - without the option of cancellation by booking. On the day of booking and at the same time starting our stay, it turned out that we had to go home due to the hospitalization of a loved one. Quick and empathetic reaction of the reception and reservation department staff, from which you can take an example. We came back from the hotel a week ago, we spent the weekend there (family 2+2). Overall, the stay was very successful, the climate in the hotel was very pleasant, the hotel is very nice. One of the biggest advantages is the FANTASTIC food. However, we feel a little unsatisfied, we don't have the feeling that we were in a 5* hotel. We expected more comfort. The apartments were beautifully decorated, but the dirty sofa or stains on the upholstered chairs and armchair were very offending. Towels and bathrobes were badly worn, frayed. The receptionists were supposedly interested, caring, but you could still feel boredom and a slight ignorance. The water from the taps was yellow all the days of our stay. A huge downside is the very small pool area. During rush hour, people in the pool were squeezed like sardines in a can. In addition, the water in the children's paddling pool was very cold, and the open door between the indoor and outdoor pools caused a perpetual draft. In our opinion, the hotel deserves a 4*.

Very mixed feelings. First of all, a hotel for 4 whistles, not for 5 . Supposedly pet-friendly, but unfortunately no starter pack for pets (I travel a lot and even in 3 stars there is a package for a dog.) A big minus here. Towels are missing in the spa pool , sauna only two towels in the room for the pool and sauna . The pool is tiny, but a plus for outdoor jacuzzis and a terrace to relax. The hotel organizes a bonfire, provides sausage and black pudding packages, but you have to bring everything yourself, no 5 whistles should be prepared by the bonfire, packages, of course, that for an extra charge it is not about money, but about service.. For me, a hotel and 4 stars. No barriers for people with health problems, swimming pool or going down to the campfire. . Plus a lot for the restaurant, delicious food and service for 6 .

After a few days of stay, I can say that we will be happy to come back here again :) Very nice and professional service both at the reception and in the restaurant. Delicious food, great variety, nice standard of the hotel :) The only thing I could complain about are the torn towels and the cleaning ladies who probably understand Polish on average, because they immediately sent me to the reception, and I asked about the basic thing.

Great place! Overall, we highly recommend staying in this place for families who are looking for rest and activity together. There are a few small things to improve, but we see a huge willingness of the staff to improve. The whole hotel staff is very friendly, cultured and smiling. They make the day enjoyable. We also used the restaurant where we were nicely hosted.

Nice hotel in terms of appearance. Cleanliness is terrible, service is very poor. Attractions without service. The water in the pool will disappear terribly. The food is weak, as if there is a choice, but everything is practically tasteless. The only plus for the location and rooms, because here we have to admit, is well thought out. The animation room is poor, the kids room is only for children up to 2 years old. Game room without billiards, etc., only slot machines, bonfire without service (Ps. In our case, the child had an accident, no one had foam or anything for burns!!). I finally asked for a kitchen but it's a drama that such things should not be at the reception when organized on the premises! The reception is totally uncomprehensible, they get lost in basic information. As for me, the hotel does not deserve 5 stars

We spent more than a week in Bergo and it was a wonderful time. Comfortable room (we were in Classic), spacious bathroom, nice service, great food (HB). We will be happy to come back. Before I arrived, I read reviews (especially negative ones) and I have to say that I did not experience any drama - I was at the pool 3 times, 2 of which I spent most of the time alone. I've been to saunas once... Also alone, the gym is usually empty and in a restaurant I once saw a slight "traffic jam". Service daily and hassle-free. All in all, I could forcefully say that I didn't like 2 things - the taste of tap water (but it's a problem of Szklarska, not the hotel) and sometimes frisky (but it's also not a matter of the hotel, but of the neighbors). I evaluate the stay in the hotel very positively - delicious and varied breakfasts - a lot of ingredients to choose from, dinners are also interesting, and on top of that, very nice views from the canteen. Even though small, it's atmospheric and cool spa/pool, especially the super jacuzzi outside. A slight problem with the parking lot - few above-ground spaces, we were forced to stand for one day in a paid (60 PLN) underground parking lot - there was no problem with finding a place (while the exit was not adapted to low cars, it was easy to damage the bumper). The room is clean and well-maintained, the bed is very comfortable, overall modern and cool. I would include thin walls (you can hear the neighbors... Not very much, but still noticeable), no Netflix on the TV (there is YouTube and a browser), and a rather unsightly balcony with a damaged floor (although we didn't use it).

We have just checked out of the hotel. We were there for 5 days. From the second day of my stay, I wanted to go home, because what this hotel offers is a mistake for me. Anyone who has been to 5-star hotels knows very well that the 5-star Bergo Hotel is absurd. The air conditioning and refrigerator did not work in our room. We reported it on the first day. The air conditioning was "fixed", although it still did not cool properly. And the refrigerator was replaced yesterday evening, i.e. several hours before our check-out. The sofa in the room is made of planks upholstered in fabric. It was impossible to sleep on it. The bed, on the other hand, is very soft, but short - I'm 170cm tall and my feet were sticking out. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so after using it, everything was foggy and wet. We had a Superior room. The SPA zone is tiny and very crowded. The children benefited, but we cannot talk about comfort. The lifeguard (there are two of them, and I mean the gentleman with the beard) works there probably as a punishment. Almost all the time, he sits with his nose in his phone or drinks something from a thermos, without looking at the people swimming in the pool at all. The bathrobes made available in the rooms were damaged - leaky and far too small for a man. Breakfasts and dinners were relatively ok, but I missed the descriptions of most of the sauces and salads. I didn't know what I was eating. It looked very unprofessional. The choice is large, but very monotonous, which became unbearable after almost a week in this hotel. The kids buffet is watermelon and all sweets: Nutella, waffles, puffs, cupcakes, donuts, jellies, candies. The 100% juices served in the restaurant are drinks, diluted with water. The waiters who really writhe like ants in an anthill deserve recognition. Sometimes I felt sorry for them, because it was obvious that they didn't have time to breathe, and yet they went out into the room with a smile. The hotel is located literally next to the ski lift to Szrenica, so on a very steep hill. For families with children, this can be troublesome. Encouraged by the films and opinions of Internet creators, I chose Bergo wanting to get a safe option for almost 4 thousand zlotys. At check-out, we were charged a dozen or so zlotys for allegedly drunk drinks from the mini bar. We didn't drink anything. We were refunded, but the situation only proves the mess and chaos prevailing in the hotel. And most importantly: the hotel and the bypass is a non-smoking place, and smoking guests were not paid attention to. Hotel guests smoked cigarettes on the balconies, right next to the jacuzzi, and the stench spread so much that sometimes it was impossible to stay there. A very big disappointment. If I had to choose again, I definitely wouldn't choose this hotel.

Super hotel, nice and service, good food. It's nice that there is a gastro zone strictly for children. Very spacious room. The only drawbacks are the air conditioning, which turns on once and then doesn't, and finally has to be turned on by a gentleman from the technical department and the elevator, which makes tours of all levels. However, these shortcomings did not overshadow the pluses, so I recommend it 100%. We will definitely visit this place again

I heartily recommend staying at the hotel! The food is delicious, the service is nice, the rooms are comfortable. Cool spa area. Attractions for children and adults. A dog-loving place! Parking included!
