Excellent hotel, excellent location for access to transport and the Stary Rynek. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice considering the size of the hotel.

Even with the windows closed, it was loud at night, due to the planes. In addition, there was only 1 blanket in a double room

We have stayed here at the De Silva hotel in Poznan four years now. The staff, especially the staff ... the hotel facilties, cleanliness, breakfast choices are all great. Unfortunately last visit we stayed for four days, two of those days we were kept awake until, 01 45, first time, second time 01.15 .... with loud party, banging doors, etc On the second occasion we had to go to reception to report this, and again 30 minutes later report this again. We were told that a general manager would email us about this happening. ( no email today )

We got free stay to our son. When we arrived we been ask to pay with explanation free is sleeping the same bad. Of all of us. This will be not forgiven never again

Our stay was lovely. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are large and comfortable. The location is really good, being slightly off the heavy tourist and traffic routes but still a very short walk to everywhere of interest. We had a great stay and I would definitely not hesitate to come back. 👍👍

The hotel is centrally located in a quiet location. It is always spotlessly clean, the staff are always helpful and efficient. The room was extremely comfortable and provided everything needed for a most pleasant stay. The restaurant provided excellent food be it breakfast or an evening meal. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. This was our second visit and we are planning on making a third. Well done to all. Thank you.

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel is situated in a quiet area and is easy to a good nights sleep. Will definitely use this hotel next time I visit Poznan.

Close to the centre and very clean. The breakfast is very good and the staff is prepared and kind.

It is not the first time we had stayed there. Since our first visit, there have been major problems with the fully automatic coffee machines. During our visit this year, we had booked 3 double rooms for 5 people. Unfortunately, a fellow traveler broke his leg four days earlier. We therefore wanted to cancel a room. Unfortunately, the hotel was not willing to compromise to cancel the room or to postpone the use of the room to a later date. So we paid € 341.00 for an unused room.

Front of house very good and friendly. Rooms I booked suggested 3 doubles, only 2 were doubles. Beds not very comfortable and pillows awful. Opted for breakfast on our last day. Dining room only one other person. We opted for 3 coffees, 2 English breakfast’s and poached eggs on toast. Coffees took 15-20 mins and breakfast dishes over 35 mins. Food was mostly cold on arrival, very disappointing!
