Excellent cuisine in Bistro ODRANA and a rich breakfast buffet. The room is very clean, well-kept and cleaned every day. In the room there is a TV, desk, wardrobe, table, chairs, mirror - what is in standard hotel rooms. A well-thought-out location makes you want to come back to the GEM Hotel. The staff tries very hard and you can feel it at every step.

Delicious fresh bread (of our own baking) served during breakfast – this is appreciated :) Great location of the hotel on the embankments on the Oder. Perfect for a longer walk or morning jog. We will definitely come back here!

Quiet neighborhood, no noise outside the windows. Tasty breakfast. Large room, clean. I don't like sports, but if someone else wants, there is a swimming pool. Unique location, you can go for a longer walk to the nearby city park. The service is really nice, smiling. In Bistro ODRANA you can eat tasty dishes made from fresh and wholesome products. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, nicely decorated room.

Optimal location, quiet and not far from the center. Hotel located in a very good and quiet area. Nice and professional service. I will be happy to come back here. Breakfast very tasty and plentiful I am positively surprised. Large parking at the hotel, no need to worry about the car. The room is clean and fragrant, I give the highest rating. I can't deny myself, I heartily and sincerely recommend !! My rating is 5+.

The location is not central. It takes a while to get to the center - but the price is right. The rest is OK.

A good room for one night. Despite the fact that our room was of a higher standard, we did not feel this increased standard (there was nothing extra). The additional paid parking on the hotel premises failed.

Very good buffet breakfasts. Large selection, fresh bread and fruit and vegetables. Nice hotel service and friendly reception at the reception. I rate the cleanliness of the room very highly. The room is pleasantly furnished. The hotel is adapted for people in wheelchairs.

Quiet and peaceful residential area - river next to the hotel and recreational areas.

The surroundings of the GEM Hotel are very quiet, you can go for a walk by the river. On the plus side - a very nice approach of the staff to the hotel guests! Everyone will find something for themselves. Products of really good quality. Cleanliness in the hotel is very well maintained. In a word, our stay here was extremely successful.

I have no reservations. The room is clean and equipped with basic amenities. For such a price and the fact that it is a 3 star hotel, I did not expect anything better.

I rate the breakfasts very highly - with a wide selection of products of great quality. The rooms are cleaned every day. Professional service in the hotel is a big plus.

I am positively surprised by the quality of the food. Meals prepared with great care. The service is nice, smiling, very helpful to the guests. GEM Hotel with very good access to the center of Wrocław and all attractions. All on a huge plus - a beautiful, well-kept and clean hotel. Parking is paid additionally, but this is standard in hotels in Wroclaw.

A nice place for an active holiday or overnight stay during a business trip. Staff - full professionalism with a lot of kindness. Delicious breakfasts and various dishes to choose from, there is also a children's menu. A great option for non-eaters!
