⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality and great customer service Very good machine. Customer service was excellent – they provided all the information I asked for and answered every question clearly and quickly. Delivery arrived perfectly on time and the packaging was very secure and well done. The machine is very easy to use, even for a first-time user. You can immediately see that the build quality is high – it feels solid, well-made, and definitely not something made just for occasional use. It looks durable and designed for long-term use. The welder works well straight out of the box once the supplied plug was replaced with a UK 16 Amp plug. Have used it once as a trial and once in “anger”. Very pleased with the weld it put down. Smooth operation and easily adjusted when needed. Generally very pleased so far. The supplied leads and torch are top quality and nice to use.
