PATON™ ECO-160-C Arc Welder

A small device (at first glance it looks like a toy), but when I tested it I was impressed. I welded with basic electrodes of 3.25 at 80A. With rutile electrodes they weld almost any device, but when it comes to basics here is the difference. To turn on the basic electrode of 3.25 at 80A and to maintain the welding arc, this really means technology. I recommend this device which, despite its dimensions, does the job like a professional camera. The only thing I didn't like is that the plugs on the pliers and the table have the same color (black) and when you switch to changing the polarity you have to be careful. Anyway, I solved the problem with a paint marker.

Un aparat mic (la prima vedere pare o jucarie), dar cand l-am testat am ramas impresionat. Am sudat cu electrozi bazici de 3.25 la 80A. Cu electrozi rutilici sudeaza aproape orice aparat, dar cand vine vorba de bazici aici este diferenta. Sa aprinda electrod bazic de 3.25 la 80A si sa intretina arcul de sudura, asta inseamna cu adevarat tehnologie. Recomand acest aparat care in ciuda dimensiunilor face treaba ca un aparat profesional. Singurul lucru care nu mi-a placut este ca mufele de la cleste si masa au aceeasi culoare (negru) iar cand treci la schimbarea polaritatii trebuie sa fii atent. Oricum eu am rezolvat problema cu un marker de vopsea.

I tested it with a 4 MM rutile electrode also at 80 A and it works ok but to enter the material it needs 100 A. The welding arc runs steadily without interruptions. It remains to be seen how it will behave over time. For a device of its size it is more than good.

L-am cumpărat cu oarecare îndoială, dar se dovedește a fi un aparat de sudura grozav Merge foarte bine. Cu electrod de 3,25 bazic sudezi la 80 A fara probleme. Am testat cu electrod de 4 MM rutilic tot la 80 A și merge ok dar că sa intre in material are nevoie de 100 A. Arcul de sudura merge constant fără întreruperi. Rămâne să văd cum o sa se comporte în timp. Pentru un aparat de dimensiunile lui este mai mult decât bun.
