Overall, there were no issues except I was waiting for the reply for 5 days when I contacted the support. But it was July, vacations, so I can understand it. :)

The mirror arrived broken. I reported the issue immediately, but even after 20 days, I have received neither a replacement nor a refund. I consider this level of customer service extremely unprofessional, and the way this complaint has been handled feels very unreliable and potentially fraudulent. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

> Background & Presales Support I spent four years planning to buy an Artforma Sarah smart mirror cabinet. My main objective was to run a dual-circuit setup: keeping the smart screen and chargers on a constant live line while tying the lights to my bathroom's wall switches. I opted for the physical switch addon instead of the touch sensor to fit my layout. When I contacted Artforma support to ask about the feasibility of modifying the internal wiring or to request basic schematics, they refused to assist. Eventually, they stopped replying entirely after I asked to speak to an engineer. While protecting proprietary designs is understandable, ignoring a customer ready to spend exactly 14.866,00 DKK on their flagship model felt unprofessional. > Delivery, Packaging, & Presentation The purchase and delivery process for the Sarah model was excellent, fast, and easy—the only reason this is a 2-star review instead of a 1-star. However, the premium experience ended there. The packaging consisted of loose pieces of brittle, recycled dumpster foam of varying types. Visually, the physical cabinet does not match the website's clean imagery. The doors and seams are much bulkier in person. Furthermore, the website displays premium 45-degree phased bevel edges on the glass, but my Sarah mirror arrived closer to a tacky 30-degree cut. The actual cabinet structure feels like basic, DIY-level melamine. > The Heating Pad Defect Out of the box, the center mirror demister was permanently stuck on and overheating. The instruction manual is a tiny fraction of an A4 sheet and failed to mention removing the protective glass film, causing me to think the unit was broken for days. Secondly, the factory committed a software/hardware rookie mistake: the internal switch resets to a state that triggers the relay closed by default. Following any power loss or wall switch toggle, the heating pad defaults to "always on." > Internal Build Quality: A Serious Fire Hazard To address the inverted heater issue and inspect the feasabillity of dual-circuit routing on this Sarah cabinet, I opened the backing panel (secured by 11 screws). What I found inside was shocking for a product at this price point. The interior is a complete rat's nest of loose cables and Wago clips held together by hot glue and tape. Most of the tape had degraded, torn and detached during shipping, causing components to rattle freely. I discovered a wire completely unplugged, and at least four instances of overly stripped wires with exposed copper on the 230V mains circuit. THIS IS A SEVERE, GENUINE FIRE HAZARD! > Component Breakdown & Tech Spec If you are trying to avoid certain tech ecosystems, be aware that the "Smart Mirror" feature in the Sarah lineup is just an average LCD panel paired with a standard Xiaomi TV Box S (3rd Gen). The HDMI cables are permanently hot-glued directly to the PCB and the media box. > Final Verdict I have ultimately spent an extra 16€ on Amazon for a compact 24V SPDT relay module and a protective enclosure box to safely fix Artforma's inverted logic and clean up their dangerous wiring mistakes myself. Please beware: the more addons you select for your build, the higher the risk of factory error. With their reliance on hot glue and tape, stacking extra features like screens, chargers, and custom switches inside the cabinet just increases the likelihood of finding loose wires, shortcuts, and mistakes. Unless you are comfortable immediately voiding your warranty to fix exposed high-voltage copper wires and clean up a sloppy internal assembly job, stay far away from Artforma. For the price they charge for the Sarah model, the craftsmanship and internal safety quality control are completely unacceptable. I'm so happy i voided my warranty, it may have saved my home and my life. If Trutpilot allwos I'll happily upload video or images.

no matter what you do DO not order anything from this company what a waste of money my mirror arrived damaged straight out of the box sent photos of the mirror staright away but this company takes weeks to get any were so iv had no choice but to hang the mirrow on the wall and now because iv hung the mirror they wont do anything about it absolute. joke of a company over charged cheap materials and the customer service is shocking stay away far away . if it arrives broke they wont refund u anything they just keave you with damaged goods use a more reliable company

I would have expected a little bit better quality for over 300 CHF. The LED on the side of the mirrow are visible as stripes and not covered with a transparent plastic or so. And the mountingsystem is not optimal ...

The quality of the mirror is not according to my expectations, cheap LED strip and cheap plastic on the back of the mirror, it is a disappointment for me. If I had seen it somewhere in a showroom, I would never have ordered this cheap piece of mirror sold for a high price. Maybe someone will be satisfied, but we are not.

After almost 3k spent we originally loved our purchase. 6 months later the LED strip inside fell out of the original placing making it visible through the glasss. I contacted customer support and did all the things they asked only to get ghosted as a end result. I will not buy again for the next project.

The Bluetooth mirror is beautiful and the sound quality is great. I am very happy with the customer service. I ordered the wrong mirror once and I got the refund.

The Miracle has came broken, the result of claim was positive, they give me back full refund.

Great mirror. Nothing to complain about. Maybe they can add paper template for holes drilling that you can paste on the wall , it would be nice.

Zero customer service, the tv in mirror does not work after several troubleshooting attempts. No one in this company has accountability or responsiveness. Do not buy

Poor quality. Terrible Customer Service. Packgage came destroyed. No possibility of dimmer. Price vs quality is absolutely wrong. Will not buy again. Wanted to return the mirror since we are not happy and the measurements are not exactly as in the order, Artforma refuses, although there in a law in Germany with a possibility of returning online product. Big disappointment. We will also report this company to the local authorities for playing illegal here actions on promotions which occured to be increasing shortly before the price and lack of transparency.

The optionality across the bathroom mirror products is impressive. I was easily able to customize our mirror with several features and design choices on the web site. I arrived as built, on-time, in-tact and working perfectly!

Hi. I placed an order and only to find the correct selection had not been placed tried to contact the company several times to resolve within hours very unhelpful and poor customer service

Awful company to deal with and very rude customer service staff… I ordered a semi circle mirror and it is not clear from the website that it can only be hung one way… when I asked for additional hooks to hang it the other way they said this was an additional £65… the mirror already cost over £400 and is not worth it, it’s not special or stand out in any way and could have got something similar on Amazon for a quarter of the price… they do not accept returns even though it’s not what I wanted so be very careful ordering from Artforma
