He not only connected with me immediately but we had a phone call that night and he came the next day and fixed it like a magician. Shipping was extremely quick! This product is innovative, well-made, and allowed me to hang my door in the manner I envisioned (it was the only viable option that ended up being the absolute best option).

The product price showed at $37 and was $99. I was excited to get a better price, and it turned out that it was the price of another object in the picture. I'm happy to pay what I owe, but I thought it was misleading. I was also disappointed that the 6.5 track kit was sold out, so my overall price for the barn door is going to be a lot more than anticipated.

This product lived up to the advertisement! Solved my no header board issue with being able to mount my double barn doors into the studs that didn't match the pre-drilled holes in the rail. Would recommend this product to anyone anytime, anywhere.

Compared to other kits these are expensive and you then have to buy accessories. Like the product but not a fan of having to add accessories to the setup.

I reached out to two contacts about the possibility of adding two rollers to my 6.5’ kit just ordered since I’m a satisfied customer of the 8.5 kit, the 6.5 kit, and the 3’ extender. I have not heard back from either so far and I really need to get my doors installed to heat my workshop. Thank you, Nan

I was thoroughly impressed with the fan install work that Neater Nest did for me. I had initially thought the issue was something else (wires loose on old fan), but he was able to pinpoint the issue (motor burnout) and save me money by doing so. Outstanding multi-purpose product. Very easy installation with 3M pad and screw hole caps. Stuck to cabinet well and hid pre-drilled holes from the prior dispenser. Well done!

Would give 10 stars if we could. Eric is first class and then some with customer support. The barn door hardware is excellent, far above any other product sole elsewhere. Buy this if you need barn door hardware. You will have made the best choice available to you in the USA.
