I ordered the karbon 10 ceiling lights, difficulty screwing the LED, and most of the boxes were missing the screws. The taupe color at least is different than in the pictures. Burgundy is the same!

Nothing was missing, fast implementation.

I have already written a bad review because the portal for the return did not work and no one responded to my mails. After I went through PayPal, the concern was clarified and I received a label as well as a refund. In principle, however, the buying experience was not as I would have liked. However, I would therefore change the 1 star rating to 3. Therefore, now 4 to compensate for the other reviews that I can no longer change.

After 2 unsuccessful attempts at an order, Sollux informing me that my order was pending because I had refused the payment while my bank told me that my payments were validated, I finally managed to validate my order on the third try! The delivery date was announced for Monday, it finally took place on Wednesday ... A few small problems then, but the goods are of good quality, delivered well packaged in a very reasonable delivery time despite the small delay especially since it was offered!
