Staff very friendly and accommodating to requests. Breakfast has good variety. Rooms look a bit tired and could do with a refurb. But a good place to stay overall. We will return.

I believe you Can do better. the building is in a poor condition, you can see that all is used to the end of a life cycle. Hotel breakfast is OK, but fresh vegetables are not so fresh, purchased from a super market, fruits as well. In Poland where a good food is available everywhere you offer "manufactured" food from a super market

Dear Sirs, I have been frequenting your hotel for many years and, unfortunately, I have to report that every time I return, after some time, I notice some negative changes. During my last stay, for example, I found the bed uncomfortable and, despite my explicit request for a king size bed, I was assigned single beds. Furthermore, I noticed with surprise the presence of an oilcloth on the mattress, as is generally used for small children, which is definitely not comfortable for an adult. Another particularly disappointing aspect was the fact that the room was not made up: when I returned it was exactly in the same condition in which I had left it, which raises doubts about the level of cleanliness and customer care, not exactly in line with the standards that one would expect from a structure of this level. If for some reason the cleaning service is not guaranteed, I believe it is a duty to inform the customer in advance. I hope that these observations can be useful to improve the quality of the welcome and service, and that in the future I can find the level of care that I appreciated in the past years. Shower did not have hot water, I asked for it to be fixed on the first day of stay but it was not. The need to request room cleaning was not clearly stated. The meeting room had poor Wi-Fi services and noise coming from the areas nearby.
