Great quality fine powder. I purchased this for it's general health benefits & also out of curiosity, to see if it will help ease my IBS symptoms. The sharp intestinal pain can be quite unbearable. I have just got to say how, almost immediately, the sharp pains eased. It may not help everyone but it has certainly helped me. This powder will be a staple product in my cupboard from now on.
