Quickly rectified my change of address and was delivered swiftly.

Have tried to contact them via email as mu order was incomplete, then couldn't find a phone number either, so I am not even gonna take what they sent me because it doesn't give me any confidence..

Express shipping is essential, keep it up.

My order still hasn't arrived, and I have had not response from customer service about my queries.

I am sorry to say I have had a very poor purchasing experience. I have attempted to contact this company 4 times using the contact methods on their site. I have not received my goods. Their courier's tracking informations says they have not received the goods to deliver them to me. Their site says the order is completed. No response from UK Herbals at all to my attempts to find out what has happened to my order. I have had to go to my credit card company to request a charge back. I cannot recommend buying from this company's website.

Fast delivery but zero instructions on how to take them. It says refer to the website - no info on there either. I have emailed them twice but had no response. Poor customer care imo.

The box was packed very nicely. The shipment of the ordered goods was swift. Goods carefully packed, warranty card inside, receipt, all good in the hood.

The whole parcel was neatly and well packaged. Professional and reliable service and fast delivery. Professionalism in every aspect, I recommend it.

The items I ordered have not arrived and there has been no response to my request for a refund. I have sent another message today. There is no phone contact number for me to speak to a real person about this. I await a reply from ukherbals.

At the moment, despite several messages I still have heard NOTING from UK herbals about the non delivery of my order. No one has responded and there is no telephone contact. I will NEVER use them again at this point and will be telling everyone to steer clear of them unless the situation is remedied quickly. So if I could give a negative rating I would.

It's worth it to shop here, good quality products, delivered in a timely manner, staff seem very positive snd professional.
