Had ordered using your service in Hinton. Ordered, paid and waited for over 2 hrs, went to the restaurant I ordered from only for them to tell me they had received no money from your service. So I had to pay again. I sent an email to canuck eats about the issue with no reply. After googling canuck eats it shows that the service is closed in Hinton. Nice to know. But still able to use the service from the app with no mention of the disruption in service. I contacted my credit card company and informed them. I'm a supporter of local businesses but will never use Canuck eats again. Uber it is.

I recently ordered through the website for the first time ever. After receiving a confirmation email and waiting 75 minutes I tried to contact the company to see the status of my delivery. The phone number I could find online was disconnected so I called the restaurant and they told me that the order had been cancelled over an hour before, and was surprised that I had not received a cancellation notification. I never received my delivery yet or notification of the cancellation, yet I have been charged. Over the past week I have been emailing and using all the phone numbers I can find online and have not received a response from anyone. I am still looking for a refund for the delivery I never received. Terrible experience trying to support what I believed was a local business.

Money taken order not delivered and money not refunded

i was given gift certificate's as a kind gesture on the passing of my mother. had trouble opening those. when we did order we waiting for 2 hours, sent multiple emails and finally called the restaurant to them be told our order was cancelled because they didn’t have a driver and that we would be refunded. i’m not sure how a refund of a gift card works but i will be asking for a refund on the gift card for the kind person who wanted to do something nice for my family

I will absolutely change my review if I happen to receive my order. We are incredibly hungry and ordered nearly 2 hours ago with no update. The restaurants are going to close by midnight. Praying we get some food..

Cancelled order with no explanation

zero communication with customer. Took hours from order to find out my order was canceled and then a day or two to find out they refunded my money, and even longer to receive said refund... still havent seen any form of a refund.

The packaging of my purchased items was very solid and the parcel was delivered without any damages.

They listen carefully to what the client has to say and try to help. I recommend it.

No response from email and I've been waiting for over an hour to get a confirmation

Got robbed. Food never came.

Delivery driver was sweet as always, however I am missing my order of Chicken bites completely, which was $20.56 of my order

Navigating the site was a nightmare; shops from other provinces were mixed in with local ones. Menus were not organised. I finally put together an order and then it was "cancelled at your request" while I was trying to figure out when it might arrive. Finally, they asked me to leave a review. They earned this one.

The product was packaged carefully and accurately. Everything went very smoothly, I recommend it.

Delivery was real quick and the delivery person was extremely friendly . I love that I call and I am able to get the owner to make an order for us . I love this service in Hinton . I will continue to use it .
