It is very hard to get Nigella Sativa, usually it's just the Nigella seeds. I have been buying from this company on and off for many years and the quality of the seeds are superb. If I have a cold or cough or some other ailment these always seems to help

Looks high quality and exactly what I wanted

I ordered these seeds because I saw a video that recommended them for my health reasons. On the video these seeds were the size of pumpkin seeds, however when these were delivered they were in fact tiny , the size of Chia seed. They may well have the same benefit though, so I reserve my judgment ntil benefit seen or felt.
