Excellent invaluable information for the new canner as well as folks who have been canning for a few years. I began canning vegetables from my garden two years ago and I am learning and trying different methods with vegetables. Having a book, which is like having a cookbook, with lots of information in it removes the guesswork from the process. I highly recommend this book. It is worth the price. Get it, put it in a ziplock bag to preserve it, keep it in your kitchen and use it often.
