The package is perfectly packed. I felt like the most important customer. Everything was fulfilled smoothly. I'm very satisfied, this store has no downsides.

Love all the information and the speed of delivery.

The parcel is perfectly protected. The shipment was delivered on time, I recommend it. Hassle-free telephone contact. The entire transaction went as described. Great job. Speed, reliability, and professionalism. ❤️🔥

Nice service staff, makes you want to come back to them.

Great service that makes you want to come back here. Package and shipping were on point. The parcel arrived in great condition, with no damage. Wow, there is finally a store that puts honest product information on the website. Bravo!

Fast shipping, the product is complete, carefully packaged. Great quality of the shipment packaging. I'm very pleased with the store's service. I'm happy with the purchases in this store, I'll come back here again.

Scheduled delivery of the package, I like that. My books arrived on time! They both are excellent. I know my family will benefit from the gardening advice for many years.

A highly professional and very friendly company focused on helping both in the selection of equipment and during its use. I highly recommend it.

Zero of the 3 Ranch Elderberry cuttings survived or even sprouted new growth. Completley DEAD STICKS. Im entertaining the notion that this was an honest accident, and that You will know why this occurred, and perhaps others failed too. Thanks for reading my message and making this right. I wouldn't request a refund if I could get 3 Ranch cuttings that actually lived.. that would be BEST. Thanks again in advance for whoever is helping me. **EDIT** The moment I checked my email, I saw that I already had a reply in there, and the issue was fixed with zero complications. (I went to check my spam folder because one of the emails went there somehow, but all good. They were there promptly to fix my issue!) I absolutely appreciate such fast attention and the best customer service I could want. Thank You for making everything right! -Brandon

Delivery was prompt and the plants were securely packed for shipment to prevent damages. I would have given this a 5 star/Excellent rating but for 1 item. The Thyme plant I ordered arrived almost completely dead; hoping that I can revive it. Also, it was very root bound and they were coming through the holes in the bottom and very long, which makes me believe it was an older plant. All my other deliveries and plants were top notch. Plants healthy and well packaged

Service worth its weight in gold, way to go. This is my favorite store, proven and trusted. I recommend it. Zero damage and the parcel is beautifully packed. I recommend it. Superb product quality and fantastic service - what more could you want. 👍️

Fast and efficient transaction, I recommend it. Products were packed very nicely and solidly at the same time. Information on the website identical to the actual state, I recommend it. Both the level of service and the quality of the goods are the best.

The shipment is well packed, has not been damaged. Customer service at a high level. The delivery was really quick. I sincerely recommend this company, honest and reliable.

Really, it's not worth getting upset, parcels always come to me on time. The order was fulfilled very quickly. Very good service.

Very nice packaging, and also very solid. I'm delighted with the store's service, excellent! I no longer have to worry that my parcel won't arrive on time. The highest level of professionalism, quickly and efficiently.

I LOVE the art on the seed packets! The most beautiful I’ve seen. Seeds came quickly. It’s almost planting time in Zone 4 so I’m excited to get them in the ground. All the packets say collected 2025 so I’m pretty confident they’ll germinate well.

They get back to you verry fast

Got the order very quickly all the way to California. I just wish there had been a confirmation email or a "your order has shipped" update. 🚀

The package was safe and sound. There is no need to worry. No delays, fantastic. Professional service and approach to the client. The products meet all the features described on the website.

It's very well packaged. The order was delivered on time, properly packaged.

The package was very punctual. Service at the highest level. I would highly recommend it. May there be more such companies on the market. The parcel was packed securely and pretty. High standards of service and reliability are the main advantages.
