* The power supply feels solid well, nothing rattles
* Noise: Fan is quiet, and beep can be turned off (will be saved)
* Sockets: a little short (1.5cm) old Hirschmann plugs (2cm) protrude a bit; the small holes are not properly aligned on my model; the screw knobs are somewhat smooth;
* mA meter: in 'off' mode mA LED leutet, but setting is in A. This is confusing; 'On' mode: Auto-range at approx. 500mA, mA, A LEDs light up correctly; Accuracy: CC Setting 20mA, mA Display=20.2mA;
* Transformer switches at 6.5 - 7.0V. So it has a hysteresis of 0.5V; also at 14V and 21V. If you are in CC mode and the voltage changes quickly in this range due to current peaks, it can happen that the relay clacks constantly.
Summary:
For my applications, and for the price, it is a great power supply, with, in my opinion, small 'quirks' that you should simply be aware of.

* Buchsen: etwas kurz (1,5cm) alte Hirschmann Stecker (2cm) stehen etwas heraus; die kleinen Löcher sind bei meinem Model nicht richtig ausgerichtet; die Schraubknöpfe sind etwas glatt;
* mA Meter: im 'Off'-Mode mA LED leutet, aber Einstellung ist in A. Das ist verwirrend; 'On'-Mode: Auto-Range bei ca. 500mA, mA-,A-LEDs leuchten korrekt; Genauigkeit: CC Setting 20mA, mA Anzeige=20,2mA;
* Trafo schaltet bei 6,5 - 7,0V um. Hat also eine Hysterese von 0,5V; ebenso bei 14V und 21V. Ist man im CC Mode und durch Stromspitzen ändert sich die Spannung schnell in diesem Bereich, so kann es passieren, dass das Relais ständig klacktert.
Zusammenfassung:
Für meine Anwendungen, und für den Preis ist es ein tolles Netzteil, mit, mein meiner Ansicht nach, kleinen 'Quirks' denen man sich einfach bewust sein sollte.
