Luxusné ubytovanie, široký výber jedla, aj pre deti, vnútorný bazén aj ihrisko. Pláž dostupná v pešej vzdialenosti. Jedna vec, ktorú by som vytkla boli dvere do izby, ktoré sa ťažko otvárali.

-Wszystkie uslugi hotelu samego byli w porzadke, lecz jest trzeba uprawicz kulture w kierunku k dziecom, ktore w restaurantu biegali i sedeli i nawet polozili rower! miedzy stoly s obiadokolacia; i jest jich obecnie s krzykem "pielno" jak w restorantu tak w basenu malym (relaxovym). -Dodatkowo niektory gosci wysilali dzieci brac kawalki posilkow jeszcze ponad sniadanie do torby i odnasiac s (na kolejny wyjazd rodzinny?) von z restaurantu jak zebraki... -Jacuzzi externe obie zostaly wykluczone juž w 21:00 !

Bardzo fajny hotel. Super spa. Pyszne przepyszne jedzonko. Basen trochę mały i troche niewygodne łóżka(ale to indywidualna sprawa) . Bardzo miła obsługa. Parking. Polecam.

Love the hotet

Useless TV in the room — it doesn’t have a single app installed. Very loud music from the restaurant in the evenings. The bed linen and pillows are of very poor quality. The Wi-Fi signal frequently disappeared.

The hotel does not meet the standards expected from a four-star property. The food selection was very limited and lacked variety. Meals were repetitive, and the overall quality and choice were disappointing for a hotel of this category. The children’s entertainment program was also very poor, especially for kids aged five and older. There were very few activities available, and in general there was almost nothing to do in the hotel during the day or in the evening. Another major issue was the lack of information provided by the reception staff. Guests were not properly informed about hotel events, animation schedules, activities, or other important information. Communication was poor, making it difficult to know what was happening in the hotel. In addition, a wedding event took place at the hotel during our stay, and guests were not informed about it in advance. This significantly affected the atmosphere and comfort of the stay. There was also a serious noise issue. A ventilation system located above my room was running very loudly day and night, creating a constant background noise. It was impossible to sleep without earplugs, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer a comfortable four-star experience. Overall, the stay was disappointing, and I would not consider this hotel a true four-star property.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Booked to stay here from 10-12th January however due to weather related delays and flight diversions we didn’t arrive at the hotel until the morning of the 11th. The staff were so friendly and approachable and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The rooms were immaculate and the views of the marina were superb (even though it was frozen over)! The highlight for me was the fantastic spa facilities, and the full body massage and facial was amazing! I highly recommend this beautiful hotel and I cannot wait to return again soon! ❤️

We stayed in one of the apartments and overall our stay was lovely. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well equipped, the spa access was a great bonus, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. However, there were a few disappointing points that took away from the experience. As soon as I booked, I emailed to explain that we would be flying into Gdańsk around 9:30am and asked about early check-in. I was told that if the room was available, early check-in would be possible. When we arrived, we were made to wait in reception for around 20 minutes with no explanation and were then charged an extra 150 zł for early check-in, which was never mentioned in the email response. This felt unfair, especially as we checked out at 5am on our last day, so we didn’t even make full use of our final night. Additionally, on one of the nights there was a party in the white tent outside which continued until around 2am. This was very disruptive as we had to be up at 6am the next morning. When I phoned reception to ask about the noise, I was essentially told to deal with it and make a complaint in the morning, which wasn’t very helpful at the time. Aside from these issues, we really did enjoy the apartment, the spa facilities, and the food. With better communication around extra charges and more consideration for guests when events are taking place, this could be an excellent place to stay.

Could be incredible time at an outstanding hotel. Delicious food at a-la carte, clean room and spa area. Personnel at the restaurant and spa was really friendly and nice. But please, change something with the reception staff, as they are supposed to be nice and make the perfect first impression. The senior receptionist (Ivan) however, was arrogant and demanding, instead of being helpful. In addition, the loud jokes and laughter at the reception among the staff, are not appropriate when the guests expect polite and calm service.

Very modern & good-looking hotel with top-notch wellness facility. The only downside - we had a room with a sauna and weren't provided any instructions on how to operate it. Otherwise it was an awesome stay, we'll be sure to recommend your hotel everywhere!
