A good place to recover. Easy access to tourist attractions. You can find something for every time of the day. Everything was prepared in great condition. Thanks to the help of the staff, the stay was even more comfortable.

Dear Sirs, I would like to give you a few comments about our stay in the apartment. The equipment and location were good, but unfortunately many other issues made the stay much less comfortable than one might expect. I would like to draw attention to the following problems: 1. Flashing light on the ceiling – it was very bothersome and made it difficult for us to sleep peacefully. 2. Noise at night – every now and then some device was turned on, presumably a dryer, pump or other technical device located in the utility room next to the apartment. The sound was repeated many times and disturbed our night's rest. 3. Leaky or too loosely seated front door – every time another door was opened or closed in the stairwell, our apartment door was visibly vibrating and jerky. This gave the impression that it was not properly fastened. 4. Unpleasant smell in the stairwell – throughout our stay in the stairwell, there was a very intense, unpleasant smell. In addition, there was a pizza carton lying there all this time. It is difficult to understand why this was not noticed or removed during cleaning. 5. Faulty code entry device at the door – when one digit was pressed, the device often recorded it twice, which made it difficult to enter the code correctly and use the input. 6. Insufficient cleanliness of the bed – there were stains under the sheet, and there was a lot of hair on the mattress. This condition of the bedding and mattress raises serious concerns about cleaning and hygiene standards. This was especially unpleasant, because a clean bed should be the basic standard in every apartment. 7. Fish in the drawer – we noticed insects running around in the drawer, which also left a very bad impression. I understand that minor defects can happen in every facility. In this case, however, it is not a single problem, but several inconveniences at the same time, which concerned both the comfort of sleep, the technical condition of the apartment, and cleanliness. I believe that guests who pay for their stay have the right to expect not only good equipment and location, but also a clean place to sleep, efficient equipment and conditions that allow for a peaceful rest. I am passing on these comments with the hope that you will take them seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent a similar situation from happening to other guests. Anna Kotulinska

Everything looks modern and clean. Everything is arranged at the reception without any problems. Most of the premises allow you to enter with a dog. Good conditions for relaxation. There are many places in the area ideal for family walks.

Clean and well prepared place. We felt that they care about the comfort of the guests. You can find places for a quiet meal. Close to hiking trails. Comfortable apartment.

You can see that the service is well organized. The interiors are very nicely decorated and, above all, very clean. A good place for a joint trip. An ideal place for people who like silence. You can eat delicious dishes in the area - everyone will find something for themselves (restaurants in the ford) center very close, you can go for a walk. We were there again and the standard has not disappointed us yet - we are very satisfied, we will definitely come back and take our friends. A place worth recommending.!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Apartment Izeryn 34 at Wyszyńskiego 2. Very good contact with the reception. Everything is explained thoroughly. The apartment is nice, well located, close to the center. Good view from the balcony to the mountains, long, corner balcony. The apartment building itself is new, not yet finished in places, but in the apartment you can see slight traces of use. In addition, the apartment has everything necessary (coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, cutlery, plates, etc.). The only small minus is the lack of a blind or curtain on the window at the table. It bothered the person sleeping in the living room on the couch. Very comfortable beds, one of the most comfortable we slept on. As for cleanliness, there were small shortcomings, but generally ok. Parking in the underground garage is great. Overall, the impressions are very good and the apartment itself is worth recommending.

Everything went smoothly thanks to the service. A good place for an active holiday. You can feel at home. Everything was clean and tidy. There are restaurants in the area that are worth recommending.

I turned 70 a long time ago and I am offended by your addressing me - hey - or yours, - say it honestly. Honestly? It's humiliating.

The apartment is in a very good location – close to trails and attractions. The size of the apartment and two bathrooms are a great solution for 4 people. Cleanliness was a plus. On the downside, the smell of septic tanks in one of the bathrooms. Giving only 2 rolls of toilet paper online, i.e. 1 piece per bathroom, is not enough for a longer stay, and when arriving by train, buying the whole package is pointless because there is no way to take it later. The kitchen was well equipped, but the dishwashing liquid was so diluted that it did not foam or wash anything, so the dishes were washed with water alone.

The place is worth recommending, the contact with the staff is very good.
