Good location and standard. Very nice service. Varied breakfast. It would be useful if the bike room was better organized in terms of storing bikes, including charging ebikes. A bike rack would also be useful next to the bike room to make it easier to pack and unpack bikes yourself.

Once again we spent a nice time in this hotel. Friendly atmosphere, very helpful service, warm, cuddly, often. This time there was no dinner, which blew me away organizationally !!! I beg you to think about it seriously !! W2024 there was an afternoon and evening meal and it was full of luxury after conquering another peak. I want to go down in slippers, eat and really relax . Greetings from the Baltic Sea and I will be happy to visit you again . There are sun loungers by the pool and you can order drinks from the bar. Rooms very spacious. Comfortable bed, clean bedding, towels, everything. Cool buffet, great selection and good. I was very well introduced by the ladies at the reception. Five Seasons is close to the trails, but also close to restaurants, places to eat in Szklarska.

A very successful stay in an apartment with a sauna. We were positively surprised by the size of the room, including a separate bedroom. Clean in every room, everything is made of the best materials and complete equipment, we didn't miss anything. We have been to many similar or better rated hotels, but fiveseasons is one of the best and even the best we have stayed in so far.

The apartment in which we stayed is very spacious, with a large balcony. Close to the center of Szklarska Poręba as well as to Karpacz. A large outdoor parking lot with the possibility of electric charging.

Cozy hotel, nice views, close to walking paths. I really like the fact that there are many juices to choose from, they are very tasty. The hotel is great, the apartments are great, clean! Beautifully arranged hotel, the eyes are happy for the beautiful views. Mega nice employees, you can see that they love their work.

I recommend the sauna, it's a wonderful thing to warm up like that. Hotel with good access and parking. Nice and clean rooms, the whole hotel is well-maintained. Breakfasts varied, delicious coffee. We were well taken care of by the hotel staff.

Close to the center of Szklarska Poręba as well as to Karpacz. The staff is very well prepared for their work. Well soundproofed room, no other guests were heard during the stay. A large selection of good food. Perfect rooms, beautiful and fragrant. 👍️

Well thought-out meals, you can choose from both meat and vegetarian dishes. In the bathroom sauna, an extremely pleasant addition to your stay. Nice in the room, fresh and clean.

Great location. We highly recommend it to everyone. A big plus is the sauna in the room. Breakfast is until 11 am and even at the end everything was available, warm and fresh. The apartments are spacious and comfortable.

I was well served, I will definitely come back here more than once. Great cuisine, big applause for her boss for varied meals. The rooms as well as the restaurant are very clean. I recommend the Thai SPA, we came across a great lady, full professionalism, you can really relax. A mountain hotel with a great location, you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thank you very much for a great weekend. I'm glad that the staff fulfilled my request and we received a sunny room with a view of the mountains and a welcome bottle of prosseco on the occasion of my husband's birthday. We will recommend the hotel and when planning our next stay in Szklarska Poręba we will book 5S again 🔥

All dishes are fresh and tasty, worth recommending. Super clean throughout the facility. Perfect location. We like walking in the mountains. Great access to Szrenica and further to Śnieżne Kotły. Sauna in the room - a very nice idea and great relaxation after the hardships of the day. We liked everything. Excellent approach of the staff!

Cleaning is done with great care and attention to detail. Food - in a class of its own, everything as it should be. I appreciate such friendly service, they really bring a lot of good. We will definitely come back to FS again, great location.

I highly recommend staying at FIVE SEASONS. Overall rating 9/10. Both the rooms and the common areas are tidy. You can see that the staff is trying to do this and is proactive in approaching the subject. Rooms large enough, giving a sense of comfort, with basic, but sufficient equipment. Mattresses as comfortable for me, my partner complained about the hardness - too big for her. The TV was appropriate, although not smart, it was possible to cover the subject with chromecast. It is a pity that the apartment lacked a microwave oven, but there is a refrigerator (very small and without freezing level adjustment - everything we put right next to the freezing part was frozen). The rooms were quite well soundproofed, but unnecessary music in the corridor was especially noticeable in the mornings, when a person would still be asleep, and something was flushing behind the ear. The balcony is large, nicely positioned on the south-west side, but if you come from the street, it won't be so cool. It depends on what you like. For us, it was a nice touch, even though the October sun set quite quickly. The sauna is rather tiny, but also quite sufficient for 1 person. It's hard for me to imagine 2 people in it, unless standing. Due to space limitations, the sauna is located directly next to the shower, which is not a hindrance in itself, but if a companion wants to take a bath and would prefer to keep his privacy - because, for example, it is not your partner, it will be impossible. However, the very fact that we had the opportunity to use the sauna in the room is a big plus. The location of Five Seasons is very good, close to the center of Szklarska Poręba and at the same time very close to the trails. On the other hand, the regularly passing trucks make a bit of noise. I didn't expect it. It's not the hotel's fault, but you have to keep it in mind, because these were not isolated cases - every few minutes there were some larger vehicles, perhaps in connection with some local construction, because there are a lot of investments around, which spoils the atmosphere a bit. Right next to Żabka and Kebab (tasty). Breakfasts are okay, there is enough choice, small changes every day, fixed elements such as eggs, sausages, bread, vegetables, cereals, etc., everything is fresh, although one day something hurt me. I don't blame the hotel for that, because my partner ate the same thing and felt good. The staff is nice and properly oriented towards guests, although rather in the range from 1 to 10, the level of hospitality and the feeling of going "front to the customer" on the principle - on their own - about 5-7, depending on the person. In the case of specific requests, I would give 9-10 - here flawlessly, a brilliant approach to our various "whims", but sometimes it would be useful to slightly take out what from what ;-) Of course, this is a matter of our personal reception 🚀 The pool was heated to the plus, although tiny, no one used it in October, and it was worth it - the whole week after 18-20 degrees, sunshine, so it was worth it. An additional plus - the swimming pump, really cool, it's a pity that it was not adjusted, because it was hard to stay afloat. An additional plus - the possibility of bringing bicycles into the apartment. Have fun! Thank you for staying.

We were treated very well by the hotel staff. At the reception very nice, helpful and smiling people. They are always there to help. 💯During my week-long stay, it happened several times that the dishes were repeated, but they were still good. The only thing I missed was white bread. The dining room was definitely too small for such a large number of people, and we were out of season. Bright and clean rooms with a very pleasant smell, sauna and balcony. Some rooms have a view of the mountains. Most of them have a view of the street, or another building. A great place when it comes to the surrounding attractions and location. Close to the center as well as to the trails. Definitely the biggest plus for the opportunity to come with a pet for whom a layette was waiting and a few kind words from the hotel. I consider the stay to be 100% successful. Booked on the day of departure, it was a shot at 10.

Meals tasty and in many options. I like the fact that a fresh bathrobe was waiting for me in the closet. Five Seasons extra. A walk from the hotel you can walk to the Szklarki waterfall. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.
