Cozy hotel with very friendly staff!

I spent a lot of time researching hotels before our trip to Krakow. I opted to stay at Hotel Dwor Kościuszko from previous reviews, price and location I was not disappointed Our room was perfect. Comfortable bed, quiet and quaintly furnished. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide selection of choice and well presented Excellent staff from reception, waitresses and housemaids, friendly and helpful Would recommend to family and friends visiting Krakow in the future

Love this hotel for its comfort, quietness even with full occupancy, lovely food at the restaurant and welcome sweets in the room, for perfect location not far from hospital Jana Pawla, flexibility in booking or changing rooms. I am very satisfied with my stay. Will be back for leisure and recommend it to my friends ❤️. MONIKA

Friendly staff, very helpful, not obtrusive. In the restaurant you can eat deliciously, drink good wine or beer. The breakfast buffet can satisfy even the most picky guest. The carefully selected, tasteful décor of the hotel attracts attention referring to Tadeusz Kościuszko's stay there. The location of the hotel in greenery gives a respite from the hustle and bustle of the city, while not forcing you to commute to the main attractions of Krakow.

The location of the facility is far from the center, but there is a public transport stop nearby.

Beautiful facilities, excellent Staff, lovely grounds, great meals… amazing room and very much excellently value for $$. Short stroll to nearest Tram stop - Number 50 straight into Shops, terminal and Schindler’s Factory - very convenient. Highly recommended.

Good morning, One night stay. In the morning I had the procedure at a nearby clinic. At the reception, we were informed that the restaurant is open until 22:00, but the last orders are accepted until 21:30. We were happy because we were hungry and the arrival time was 8:30 p.m. Filling in the registration card – it's a bit like the Middle Ages so that the guest has to fill it out. We understand that signing and choosing a marketing consent is very clear - but that the whole thing is not completed by the staff. Poorly. In the restaurant, the lady informed us that it would take her 15 minutes to clean the table for 2 people... But we can sit outside, but orders have to be placed inside. It wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for the fact of 15 degrees outside and raindrops. We asked for delivery to the room - we succeeded. We got Żurek without bread, which we ordered additionally, and broth with cold dumplings inside. In the morning, we were greeted at the reception by a lady who looked like after a thick melange, and her shirt and degree of ironing left much to be desired. I forgot to add that we didn't have electricity in the room. Fortunately, my partner found out that the traffic jams broke - otherwise we would probably have moved to another room.

Skvělé ubytování, čisté, pohodlné, útulné. Je na dobrém místě. Super snídaně.

When we visit Krakow, we stay at Dwor Kościuszko. So we have over ten years of experience and we can always count on quality. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the breakfast selection is extensive, the hotel staff is kind and helpful. The only negative is that the mattress is very soft for us, but this is a matter of personal taste.

Staff was friendly and helpful, my request for a room with a shower was honored, hotel has interesting history and period furnishings. We enjoyed our stay! However I think that 4 stars (instead of 5) would be more aligned with international experience.
