Tasty, home-cooked breakfasts and dinners. I highly recommend adding them to your stay. The spa area, pools, and saunas are out of this world. You can see that they take care of every little detail. It smells beautiful and there is perfect cleanliness everywhere. Beautiful location. The hotel is located very close to the sea itself. In my opinion, the best in Mielno. It is very pleasant to spend time here among positive people, because the staff is truly great.

The hotel is nice, the food is good, the menu is simple but not very imaginative for a 5* hotel. The pool in the old part is heavily chlorinated, the water is cold. After a short time, the chlorine stings your eyes, the area with the brine pool and saunas is cool. The outdoor jacuzzi is falling apart, tiles are falling off, and you can see rust on the stainless steel elements. The rooms could be cleaned better - we found leftovers from previous guests under the bed. In the playroom, some of the toys are damaged and incomplete. There is only one tennis ball, and the paddles are so chewed up that you can't play.

Perfect cleanliness - everything is buttoned up! Professionals work here who know their stuff and know how to take care of guests. The food in the restaurant is insane. Everything is delicious and fresh. Cool place, beautiful view from the balcony. Plus for the location. I recommend the spa to everyone, because the treatments are really great. You can completely relax.

Very nice and professional service. Fantastic receptionists and brilliant spa staff. Tasty and home-made style. Very good dinners and worth the price, phenomenal breakfasts. Clean and pleasant. The sea is a few minutes' walk from the property.

The rooms have everything you need - a hairdryer, safe, fridge, and a large wardrobe. The sea is literally a few minutes away from the hotel. There is a very pleasant path leading to the beach. The room looks amazing. Super balcony. The quality of the food and the huge variety offered by the buffet are worth noting. Everyone will find something for themselves. I felt very comfortable in this place. The service is a big plus. Since our stay was in celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary, the lady at the reception promised us a surprise during our phone booking. When we arrived at the hotel and entered the room, we were stunned - the surprise exceeded our wildest expectations. Because of this, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. We have already spent many stays at this hotel and always return gladly due to the cleanliness, competent service, great food, and excellent SPA. The staff are smiling. They are happy to help and offer advice. The facility has everything you could dream of - pools, a spa, parking, a manicure service, and even a hairdresser! Delicious and good quality food. I recommend everyone to book a stay with meals included. The hotel is located in a good spot. It's easy to get to. The good atmosphere is thanks to the close-knit staff. They literally take care of every detail. Aesthetic SPA changing rooms and by the pools. Everything is clean, tidy, and nice. The SPA zone at Unitral is pure bliss. I haven't felt this relaxed in a long time. The nicest hotel I've seen in the area. The location is super. The meals are brilliant! Breakfasts are very diverse, and the dinners are very nutritious.

The service is hassle-free. Everyone is also very helpful when needed. As for the location - it's perfect! It's close to everywhere, just a few minutes' walk to the beach. The breakfast and dinner buffet are impressive. The restaurant also serves delicious food. Cleanliness is at a high level.

Hotel Unitral is a place where you can feel real comfort and luxury! Beautiful interiors, a high standard, great service, and a unique atmosphere make a stay here a pure pleasure. The food is delicious, with a huge selection of dishes in the form of a rich buffet – everyone will find something for themselves and can compose their own plate according to their own preferences. Everything is fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The wonderful SPA zone is another huge asset of the hotel! I used it every day after meals and felt like I was in paradise. Relaxation, unwinding, and moments of true luxury. The salt cave is especially wonderful – silence, peace, and an incredible atmosphere where you can completely calm down and forget about everyday life. It is the perfect place for regeneration, rest, and recharging your batteries. You leave here truly rested. I recommend it with all my heart and will return with pleasure! ❤️

I was asked by the form's author to express my opinion in a polite tone because I had indicated that I do not recommend the Unitral hotel. So I will try to write politely that guests who decide to stay at this hotel should know that: 1. The photos on the hotel's website, presenting the standard of 3* luxury rooms, show only part of the truth. You have to be prepared for a hard-to-define hybrid of a low-budget hotel from a bygone era with a modern design - a metal door frame bearing the marks of many successive paint jobs and a bathroom door swollen at the bottom from moisture, drafty, non-closing entrance doors, a howling alarm every time they are opened, and the same alarm clearly audible through the drafty door when the door next to you is opened. No trash can. No space for basic toiletries in the bathroom (only a small area on a small sink), creaky bathroom doors (the only defect that seems to have been fixed, despite reporting all of them at the front desk). And all this contrasted with new furnishings in the bedroom/living area. 2. Armageddon at breakfast!!! It's better to ask when booking whether some giant company is organizing an event or training for hundreds of its employees. Eating breakfast in the atmosphere of a wedding reception, at banquet tables, pushing through to the buffet like at a crowded train station, no coffee mugs or glasses, long waits for juice, no salt and pepper shakers, and the waiter's reaction to just take them from another table... hmmm... first of all, there weren't any in the area, and second... take them from those who had them.. My reflection. This is not how I imagine a stay at a hotel that has 5 stars above the main entrance, four on its website, and offers a 3* luxury room at a price almost identical to a 4-star one - over six hundred zlotys per night. All in all, I'm not surprised by the lack of reaction to the reported inconveniences, because in the three-star section, you can feel the vibe of a bygone era, and most of the guests are very elderly and often very frail pensioners from Germany. I can't shake the feeling that someone assumed that they could be "foisted" with this. Maybe it's time to standardize the quality, or tear down the old section and not try to rip people off for more expensive services that don't meet the standard of more expensive services. I feel most sorry for the staff. The lovely lady at the reception who stands on the front line of fire when needed, and the waiters during breakfast. The guys were fighting for survival, and it's hard to even blame them. I also mean the one who told me to look for salt at other tables. There were simply too many tasks and fires, and too few of them. The main thing is that the hotel made money on a huge training session with overnight stays. As in many places today, unfortunately at the expense of individual guests and at the expense of employees (because who can they complain to). And the stories told at breakfast, who with whom and why and until what time and who couldn't, because their head was weaker... if I were at a student party, or at a wedding after-party, I would probably laugh. At a campsite, the lack of salt wouldn't bother me either, but for over 600 zlotys a night, for this one, single vacation this year (long-awaited), I would have preferred fewer such attractions, my privacy, celebrating breakfast, and then relaxing in the room behind closed!!! doors, without an alarm howling every moment by the door (everyone's on our side of the hall).

Ideal hotel location, close to the sea. Interesting menu, very tasty meals. Very competent and helpful staff.

Definitely one of the best places to relax that I've had the opportunity to visit. Excellent food, and the service is top-notch – always smiling, friendly, and ready to help. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with very cozy beds. I use the SPA area regularly, practically every week, and a few times a year I also decide to stay overnight. The Dead Sea pool with 15% salinity water deserves special mention – a true rarity and a unique asset of this place. Despite such frequent visits, I have found absolutely nothing to complain about. Warm regards to the entire staff, and I recommend this place with full conviction!

It's been a long time since I've been to a restaurant that serves such delicious dishes !!! Something incredible. We came for 4 days to Mielno from Poznań with the whole family and friends. We were delighted with the food, each of us ordered completely different dishes and all of them, not only were they wonderfully presented, but they were fantastic in taste !!! And the most important thing, the waiter service, there isn't a rating scale high enough, of course on the plus side, to rate it !!! I don't think I've ever encountered such service anywhere !!! Mr. Damian, the manager and also the waiter who served us every day, deserves an Oscar for doing his job !!! A man who, you can see it with the naked eye, loves his job and has a fantastic approach to customer service. Extremely kind, always helpful, always answers every question without a moment's hesitation, you didn't have to call or beg for someone to come to the table and serve you. Mr. Damian, great respect to you for doing such a wonderful job !!! The rest of the waiting staff, naturally having such an example from above, also deserve praise !!! I am sure that on our next trip to Mielno, we will eat only and exclusively at the Nadmorska restaurant in Mielno !!! I recommend 100% to everyone to visit this place and taste the various dishes !!!! Best regards from our whole family from Poznań and see you soon !!!! Without a doubt, the best location on the Baltic Sea, beautiful views. Great! Tasty breakfasts and delicious dishes in the hotel restaurant. We found a parking space without any problems. Competent service, from the reception, through the kitchen to the bar and a wonderful spa - everyone knows what they are doing. Really beautiful room. Clean and very comfortable.
