Nice service. Water attractions, especially the brine pool. Close to the sea and a lot of attractions near the hotel. Daily cleaning of the room is also a plus. The biggest attraction of this hotel is the cuisine. The food is tasty and attractive, especially Thai soup with seafood. I recommend resting in this hotel.

Beautiful location. The hotel is located very close to the sea. In my opinion, the best in Mielno. Delicious food in the restaurant. We ate lunch every day in the hotel - a fairy tale! The restaurant and bar service is great. The best people in their profession work here. The spa is absolutely unique - extensive and with wonderful staff who really know what they are doing. Praise is due for cleanliness, because everything is really perfectly cleaned.

Very neglected bathroom, no daily change of bed linen and towels

A great option is a treatment for couples, we highly recommend it. Very nice and neat interiors. A big advantage of this place is the location. Everywhere is very close. The meals are brilliant! Breakfasts are very varied and dinners are very nutritious. The service is trouble-free. Everyone is also very helpful when needed.

Very good location by the Polish sea. Lots of attractions on the premises - swimming pool, saunas, bar and great Spa. I was positively surprised by the large selection of sweets during breakfast. The staff was smiling, very friendly. Clean and well-equipped room.

The location is simply brilliant! It is worth coming here to rest. The spa is absolutely unique - extensive and with wonderful staff who really know what they are doing. Delicious and good quality food. But for years it has not been surprising, the cuisine is conservative, and the beer that was with dinner, if it is diluted it is better not to give it to guests - it is weak. Clean and hygienic, not a comfortable bed in a 5* room and beautiful rooms. The service is very nice and helpful, a large car of this place. I heartily recommend it.

The staff is always smiling and helpful. Very nicely cleaned, everything is in great condition. The location is very impressive, easy access to the hotel. Super space, intimate and pleasant - a big plus for a large number of seats in the lobby. Tasty and healthy breakfast options on the plus side, dinners are also really good.

All places - corridors, reception, elevators and rooms kept in perfect order. A big advantage of this place is the location. Everywhere is very close. Professional staff, but very nice and smiling. They know the boundaries and are not intrusive. The meals during our stay were delicious. The food was fresh and delicious. For me, the best point is the brine pool. You can lie down on the water and relax.

Very nice service, I felt safe and comfortable. The SPA zone in Unitral is a delight in its pure form. I haven't felt so relaxed for a long time. The staff takes care of the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. One of the best hotels in terms of gastronomy.
