Fantastic Tropikana Water Park, a lot of attractions, basically you can spend the whole day there :) Everything is well organized, the staff informs about everything and knows well what is happening in the hotel. Delicious breakfasts, a large selection of toppings, crispy bread :)

Great location, spacious rooms, restaurants, corridors. As for the food, you can't complain, especially breakfast, lunches due to health problems we eat in the Green restaurant, so it's very tasty and it has never hurt yet. Dinner, due to the fact that two meals have to be bought, I buy it, but we almost never eat. And this is something that annoys, you should be able to choose more, I mean lunch in Zielona as a second meal. The hotel has a lot of amenities, so even in bad weather there is something to do inside. As for the service, you can't have any reservations at the moment.

The breakfast offer surprised me very much. Delicious products and a large selection of fruit juices. Exceptional service, warm, open and talkative, and at the same time unobtrusive. Perfect cleanliness. In the room, at the pool, in the saunas and spa - everywhere is beautiful! The rooms are very well equipped, there is a safe, TV, coffee/tea set, comfortable bed. Ideal location for relaxation in Lower Silesia.

Perfect location for a 4-star hotel. On sunny days, Śnieżka looks fabulous! You can see that the staff is experienced and knows their stuff very well. Great approach to guests. Large and comfortable rooms where you can really relax. Really beautiful rooms. The interiors are well preserved, comfortable, but above all sterile clean.

So ein riesen Hotel und nicht ein Wasserspender, das ist traurig... In der letzten nacht habe ich vergeblich nach einem Getränkeautomaten bzw einem Wasserspender gesucht... bis ich das abgekochte Wasser trinken konnte weil es so heiß war bin ich wieder eingeschlafen

The room was very clean, you can focus on resting.

This is our first stay in this hotel, the surprise was unearthly, we like older, not dripping with modernity. This hotel has its charm! As for the spa area, I have not experienced a better massage, the tropical water park is huge, you can spend the whole day there and there is something to do, there is nothing to dwell on the kitchen, everyone will find something for themselves, the food is delicious. The hotel employees are very friendly! The only minus of the stay is the bowling alley, in our opinion, the gentleman who "probably slept" was not very helpful and who wanted to go home as soon as possible, because despite changing his shoes, he began to turn off the light - we do not greet this gentleman. But if someone is thinking about even a long weekend, you really don't have to leave this hotel, there is everything your heart desires. Greetings and we already know that this was not our last stay.

Ladies who work in the spa, tropican, reception - great service I can express a bad opinion about the gentlemen dealing with the bowling zone. The gentleman from Ukraine is not helpful, I think we woke him up when we entered at 9 p.m. We wanted to order a drink, the gentleman told us to call the number from the card, unfortunately no one answered, informing him about it, he shrugged his shoulders when we needed help, because Bowling fell off the track, first we had to find him, with grace he came, you can see that he was in a hurry, trying to talk nicely, even about the rules, when he was grumpy, and when 10 p.m. he closed the door, turned off the lights, we didn't even have time to take off our shoes. The next day there was another gentleman, a little nicer, annoyed when we came in at 9:20 p.m., he immediately declared that he was closing soon, when I wanted to change the money at 9:50 p.m., the gentleman started to take the chairs to other tables cleaning, but there were a lot of people, I think he shouldn't disturb me like that. Greetings to Mr. Conservator, when it turned out that the billiard tables were mixed up and blocked, the ball came to intervene, even though he doesn't take care of it, he helped.

Pleasant rooms, quite a lot of space, everything clean and fragrant. The Patio Café is beautiful, surrounded by greenery. You can drink coffee and relax with live music. Very tasty à la carte dishes in the Green Restaurant. I recommend! Super service, open, talkative, warm and very polite. They create a great atmosphere. Great place, beautiful views and a great location for a weekend getaway.

The range of activities is very wide. A lot of saunas, jacuzzis and even a shop by the pool. Super crew - the hotel staff are very nice. I am delighted with the quality of the food. Rich buffet, everything delicious! Interesting place, surrounded by nature, perfect for hiking. Beautiful and clean. I am delighted. 👍️

Breakfasts are worth the money. Very good quality of products. 👍️The rooms are carefully cleaned. The common areas are very sterile. The staff is nice and smiling, everyone is very helpful and takes care of every detail. The pool area and sauna are definitely a strong advantage of this hotel. You can really relax here. The location of the Hotel is very charming, and the view of the mountain panorama is calming. You can fully relax. ❤️❤️❤️

The bathroom is large and clean. Nothing was missing in the equipment. Medal service, very professional and courteous. Super reception and spa. Great location, surrounded by mountains and forests, especially in winter, impressive. Dinner at the Red Restaurant was very tasty, a diverse selection of dishes in the buffet. The hotel provides many attractions: a recreational pool with a wave, slides, aromatic saunas :)

Order in every place, everything in a flash! The reception service is very nice.

Swimming pool, spa, saunas, gym, billiards, bowling - there is everything you need here! Bright, clean interiors and a very pleasant atmosphere. The facility is impressive. Beautiful place, all around nature and beautiful views. Super service, open, talkative, warm and very polite. They create a great atmosphere. Dishes in the buffet are very good. A big plus for the variety of dishes both hot and cold.

Very tasty meals, a wide selection and excellent quality. It's the perfect place to relax. There is a great swimming pool, saunas and SPA zone. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from crowds of tourists. The service is fully professional. They take care of the guests, but they don't impose themselves. I have no comments about cleanliness. Everything as it should be.

After a few years since my last stay, the facility inside is still beautiful, the pool area is still one of the best. The ladies at the reception are polite, professional, welcoming guests in the restaurant also. But unfortunately the hotel has maintained the level, the kitchen equipment of the rooms concrete over the jacuzzi patio lack with live music, terrible bathrobes not distinguishable as special meals. It's a pity because hotels Gołębiewski and I strive with sentiment.

Everything was great, except for breakfast on Sunday, which we came to at 10.15 a.m. (breakfast is until 11.00 a.m.) and almost half of the dishes were already cleaned (with every question from the staff if we would get anything else, I heard the answer that it was already shortly before 11.00 and there was 🤷 ♂️ nothing left in the kitchen after the information from the cook). For a 5 star hotel and the price you pay is embarrassing

Great service at every stage, both the reception, the restaurant, the swimming pool and the spa.
