The rooms are clean, nice and spacious. Peace and quiet. A beautiful place where you can really recharge your batteries. Smile and courtesy at every step, very nice and professional hotel service. Breakfasts are delicious, a large selection of meals. Lunches are a tragedy depending on how you find it. One day everything is ok, the next day the pork loin is hard, you can throw the neck against the wall. It was supposed to be an Asian Wednesday, there was nothing from this Asia. Cod fish caught probably from a pond and thrown straight into a pan smelled so bad. We haven't been here for a year and in terms of gastronomy we don't get to know the hotel. Unless we found it that way and there was a cook on shift who had no idea about cooking. It's nice that they organize many attractions, and the complement is a disco. You can have a blast!

Gastronomy is a huge plus of this place. Everything tasted very good. Room, bathroom, restaurant, swimming pool - perfect cleanliness everywhere.

Clean and fragrant bedding - very clean everywhere. The Patio Café serves delicious drinks, cocktails and a wide selection of wines from different regions of the world. The service definitely deserves praise, because even despite the many guests, they can take care of everything. The hotel is beautifully located - a picturesque view of the mountains.

No protein breakfasts, no lean dairy, no fat cottage cheese, no salads, still fries, no ordinary potatoes.

You can feel the claw of time in the hotel. Long distances between rooms. Restaurants.

Hotel with a view of Sněžka. Close to hiking trails and the city center. A great place for conferences with accommodation and food. Only 4 stars for the service. At the reception you could see fatigue and a boisterous tone. Maybe too many guests at once. On the other hand, in the red restaurant, during conference meals, there was too long a wait for a clean table. Dirty dishes were lying on the tables for a long time.

Beautifully located hotel, surrounded by forest and mountains. On the plus side, there is hotel space and an uncrowded pool and recreation complex. Interesting dishes, prepared with an idea. You can eat tasty.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in beautiful surroundings - a wonderful place. I rate the food very highly, the quality and taste on a medal. Perfect cleanliness in the rooms and common areas. The pool, saunas and spa are also clean and fragrant. The staff is reliable, has a great attitude towards guests, is very cultured and smiling. The hotel has a lot of amenities. A nice place to come in high season and beyond.

I have to praise the staff, because they really know what they are doing. All places - corridors, reception, elevators and rooms are kept in perfect order. All meals are very varied, fresh and tasty. Everyone will find something for themselves.

The opinion refers only to the pool section. In a common impression, my friend and I were very disappointed in the pools. The pool with access to the outside is not cleaned, all objects that fall there float by themselves, and is not secured by any lifeguard. In the jacuzzi section, most water massages do not work (they seem clogged) A steam sauna with practically no steam, but with a large number of very unsightly stains on the ceiling and a clogged drain on the bench. Ice cave practically without ice, enough for cooling for only one person. The biggest problem for me is mold and fungus visible in large quantities. Such shortcomings do not befit a hotel of such renown.

I highly recommend treatments in the SPA, because the massages are fantastic! The room looks great. It has its own unique atmosphere. Great staff - the hotel staff are very nice. Thanks to the great location, you can admire the beautiful landscape of the Giant Mountains without leaving the Hotel.

The hotel is old, unrenovated. Poor project takes a few minutes to get to the rooms. Good food Road parking 70 PLN per day. Décor from the times of the People's Republic of Poland motley carpets Compared to modern hotels, it performs very poorly.
