The bathrooms are in perfect condition. A beautiful place, maintained to the highest standard. Superb location, just a few minutes walk to the market square. It was so convenient to have the reception desk available 24/7.

This is my favorite hotel in Kraków. It has a perfect location — just a 10-minute walk from the train station and right at the entrance to the Old Town. It’s very easy to get to and a great starting point for exploring Kraków’s historic center. The hotel is quiet, cozy, and full of historic charm. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and they genuinely care about their guests’ needs and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

The breakfast buffet had a great selection of options. Made my stay stress-free – all the staff speaking English fluently was a big help. The rooms were spotless and beautifully furbished.Can't beat the location, right by the market square.

This hotel delighted me from the moment I arrived. Its location on the Old Market Square, surrounded by beautiful historic architecture, is truly special. Inside, the hotel is beautifully furnished with antique furniture and paintings. Its historic character has been preserved so thoughtfully that it feels as though time has stood still. The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff were warm, kind and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent too. Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely experience. I will happily recommend this hotel to others and will certainly return!

We requested a quiet room on an upper floor with a nice view. Our room was on first level, so much street noise! Then due to early tour, we requested breakfast to go. It was not prepared. It was just another thing ignored. We were disappointed

The hotel is in a peaceful area, right next to Cracow city center. Everything is spotlessly clean - both in the common areas and the room. The air conditioning kept the room refreshingly cool. There is a large selection of food for breakfast.
