The hotel is so close to the center that you can even hear the St. Mary's Church Trumpet Call! There were plenty of food options during our stay. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well equipped. Honestly, the friendliest staff I've ever come across – they really made our stay shine.

Very helpful and welcoming

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I messaged ahead of our booking and requested a lovely room, as it was my partner’s 60th birthday; we were absolutely delighted with our room- it was huge and beautifully decorated in traditional Polish decor. The hotel is situated in a central location, close to all major sites and very nearby shops, cafes, restaurants etc. We had such a wonderful time and plan to return in January.

The bathrooms are in perfect condition. A beautiful place, maintained to the highest standard. Superb location, just a few minutes walk to the market square. It was so convenient to have the reception desk available 24/7.

The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and they genuinely care about their guests’ needs and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!
