A very nice and atmospheric place in a great location, in the heart of Krakow. We organized a dinner here for a larger group and everything worked out perfectly. Delicious food, very pleasant atmosphere, and above all, extremely friendly and professional service. Our guests were very satisfied. I heartily recommend it!

I don't understand how a hotel can have 5 stars with unengaged staff! The room was nice and wonderfully clean. Breakfast was OK. However, on several days, there was no bacon for the eggs, even though the sign said there would be. The staff member in the breakfast restaurant was pleasant. Things went completely wrong at the reception—especially with the young man there. We returned one evening an hour before the bar was due to close, only to find it already shut. When I went to the reception to ask about it, he just stayed in his corner looking at his iPad (or whatever it was) instead of getting up to speak to me. His excuse was that the bartender had fallen ill... so we couldn't get a drink. He could have, for instance, asked what we wanted and then found it for us—instead of saying (which he actually did): "There's nothing I can do about it!" – No, but perhaps you could solve the problem—or at least try to. Is it poor management or unengaged staff? I don't know, but it certainly wasn't the experience we generally had during our time in Krakow! We definitely won't be coming back!

L’albergo è accogliente e pulito e lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. In posizione tranquilla a due passi da tutto è sicuramente perfetto per visitare la città. Unica pecca per me riguarda la colazione. Alla prenotazione avevo fatto esplicita richiesta (se possibile) di una colazione senza glutine e senza lattosio e mi è stato risposto che non c’era problema. Io ammetto di non aver specificato che la colazione per me, da buona italiana, è dolce e non salata. Comunque il cameriere si è subito prodigato a spiegarmi le poche opzioni disponibili (tutte salate) e mi ha detto che potevano darmi del pane senza glutine. Il pane andava bene, visto che avete le marmellate confezionate e quindi non c’è rischio di contaminazione. Potevo accontentarmi. Le prime due mattine mi hanno dato 3 fette di pane, la terza mattina due e l’ultima mattina la cameriera mi ha detto che il pane era finito. Ho potuto mangiare solo le fettine di frutta e un succo. Tenendo conto che la colazione era pagata e che ne avevo fatto richiesta e che la scelta è praticamente solo il pane dovreste contare meglio i giorni di presenza e comprare il pane corrispondente. Nel complesso comunque sono soddisfatta del mio soggiorno e raccomanderei il vostro hotel.

El Hotel estaba excelentemente ubicado, dentro del casco antiguo, pero lo suficientemente apartado para no estar en el medio del bullicio. Muy cerca de todo y en 5-10 minutos llegas a los lugares mas importantes. Además de estar al lado del parque que recorre el Old Town. En cuanto al hotel, muy acogedor y familiar, el personal atento y servicial. Las instalaciones modernas dentro de un edificio emblemático. No solo lo recomendamos, sino que pasa a formar parte de la lista de hoteles donde alojarnos en nuestros viajes.

The location is perfect .the buffet breakfast is super. The employees are so kind and welcoming. Love the bar area because if all the antiques. Would highly recommend!

A very nice hotel!! Great location, close to the Main Square, but off on a quite street. Walkable to the main train station. Staff were availble and helpful. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend.

I chose this hotel based on Rick Steves reviews. This is a lovely, small hotel, located in a fantastic location. The front desk and breakfast service were great. Breakfast selection was more than satisfying. Our room faced the courtyard witch offered an extra sound buffer from the city/street noice (which was not excessive to begin with). Unfortunately, our room, located by the sauna, was affected by constant, 24h buzzing sounds of some kind of a pump and/or ventilation (heat pump? sauna ventilation pump?). Also, when the sauna was in use, the bathroom would heat up tangibly. As well, the shower stall was tiny: I am 165 cm and 55 kg and could not not lift my hands up comfortably to wash my hair or to turn around. These are known problems for this room, which I learnt only post facto from booking.com and trip advisor so the hotel is aware of them already. I wish I read the reviews earlier or that the staff mentioned the known-to-them aspects (when I brought them up with the receptionist she acted surprised) and offered a different room. This was a pricey hotel in the summer season and I am on the fence to recommend it or to try it again. I was travelling with a child and was too tired to try relocating to a diff hotel.

We liked it very much. The hotel is worth recommending, very clean and in a great location. The service is very friendly. The breakfast was varied, everyone will find something delicious for themselves. We also had lunch and an appetizer, very tasty. The hotel prepared a surprise for us as the stay was on the occasion of our wedding anniversary. Thank you very much.

Friendly staff, very helpful, not intrusive. Hotel very well located. Close to the station and close to the old town, shops, cafes and pubs. Rooms spacious and clean. Bed linen changed daily.

Excelent location - near the main square in the old city, good breakfast, nice room.

Parking is away from the hotel which I annoying. It costs extra and extra to charge the EV. Hotel is okish but not 4.5 star. 3 star at best. Will not stay here again or recommend.

The hotel is lovely and elegant. The staff was attentive and helpful. The location is the perfect launch point to discover the old city. I will return!
