Hello My comments include the lack of space to park the car despite the collection of fees in the bathroom, the lack of disposable wipes and very poorly flowing water from the tap and in the shower in the bathroom frame, the loss of veneer and wood. Stained carpet at the very entrance to the room. The kettle is full of limescale so much that it begs to be descaled. AND THE HOTEL 5* well a little weak Greetings

A great starting point for exploring the area or skiing. At the hotel you can take advantage of many attractions, spa, sauna or swimming pool. I did not expect such a choice. Everyone will find something for themselves during breakfast. The service is at a really high level, everyone is nice and attentive. Excellent cleanliness and very spacious rooms.

The location of the hotel itself is located in the most picturesque part of Karpacz. Clean, beautiful and well-kept apartment, nice and very friendly hotel staff, and breakfasts and lunches are masterful. Full of a variety of dishes combined with desserts, everything delicious, appetizing and, most importantly, fresh. A place where it will certainly be worth coming back :)

Mega beautiful hotel perfectly integrated into the beautiful mountain landscape. Clean, well-maintained, very luxurious. Mega nice and pleasant service that breakfast and dinner buffet masterpiece. A lot of different food options, a very rich menu every day fresh and delicious food. A great thing of private saunas in the apartment areas, the possibility of using the swimming pool. A perfect place to rest among real nature. We are very satisfied and will definitely come back because it is really worth ❤️🔥 it

A large selection of bread for breakfast. There were delicious rolls that the children love. The room was not huge, but very comfortable and spacious. Super clean! Parking big enough, there is night room service, the pool and spa are great, there is everything! The staff without even the slightest fault, everyone polite and smiling. Mega quiet and peaceful, from the windows you can see the mountains and the forest surrounding the hotel.

The hotel and its infrastructure are very good, but your organization is terribly lame. We already had a problem at check-in, because the amount voucher (a birthday gift from my partner) that I gave when booking was invisible to the reception, which had to contact the reservation department to determine how much I had to pay. When I entered the invoice details and wanted to use the voucher to extend my stay until 16.00 on Sunday (a great idea by the way) and I appeared at the reception again, one of its employees said that there was no voucher physically and that I should go the next day to pick it up. Meanwhile, the next day, not only did the staff still not know how much I had to pay, but again I had to order a voucher to extend my stay, which as it turns out you counted 2 times. On the last day it turned out that the voucher that I bought in addition to the reservation for massages is invisible in the Spa & Wellness and I had to explain it again with the reception, where I spent a total of 30 minutes explaining the issues of these unfortunate vouchers. Work on it, because the good impression that the hotel makes is blurred by problems with small things that are simply annoying.

The gym is not huge, but fully sufficient, the pool is great and the saunas are sensational. A mega plus for the location, because it's really quiet and peaceful here. And the views! ❤️ The service is nice and smiling, everyone is very helpful and takes care of every detail. Extra food, very diverse and very rich. Plus for vegan options at the buffet.

We spent our stay in hotel apartments located a few meters from the main hotel. The apartments themselves were very spacious, with basic equipment. We lacked, for example, wine glasses in them. We remember the stay very nicely, good food - extensive breakfasts and dinners. Right next to the hotel there is an entrance to the trail leading to Śnieżka. In the evening, there were animations in the hotel, a very nice program "What a melody". We laughed immensely. The animators were very nice and inventive :)

At first glance, you can see that professionals work here. Everyone is committed and attentive. Very well-equipped apartments, of course fast internet and plenty of attractions! Cleanliness at the highest level - as befits 5 stars. Very convenient access, the center of Karpacz can be reached on foot, it is not far. Breakfasts were varied. Delicious vegetables and good quality cold cuts.

Double room with double bed were joined by 2 single beds that were sliding which was weak . For the 5-star standard, there were no bathrobes in the rooms and additional cosmetics in the bathroom. And on top of that, nice service, good food, drinks. Good pools and saunas. We had a nice time 😊

Beautiful complex there is nothing to complain about . Everything was 200% I 👍🏼👍🏼 highly recommend

Super bed - you can really get a good night's sleep like never before! Everywhere beautiful and clean. The food looks beautiful and tastes great. Gastronomy is the strong point of the hotel. Super waiter service, committed and professional receptionists - great! The room is equipped with everything you need. Mega large parking lot and charger for electricians on a plus. Beautiful place, quiet, peaceful and surrounded by nature on three sides. 💯❤️

Sensational food Cleanliness in the room is a revelation Room equipment - really small things that you can attach yourself to: e.g. a faucet that falls off during use and has to be turned on again every now and then, no access to the balcony through a fenced entrance with a bed. What we didn't like the most was how we received an offer to extend our stay at the hotel day, we planned an afternoon at the hotel, and then at the reception we received information that this offer did not apply to us - the question was why we received the SMS. Very picturesque area - views like from a fairy tale! I had no problem finding a parking space. Breakfast is delicious and nutritious, a very wide selection of meals. The room is great, very nice and comfortable, there is a large shower in the bathroom. Very clean everywhere. The service is definitely a huge advantage of this place, they take care of the guests at every step. 💯

The hotel is ideal especially for families with children! ❤️ The daily animations led by Matynka, Kinia and Ala were the best we have ever been to. The animation girls put a lot of heart, energy and commitment into their work, thanks to which every child could have a great time. Matysia sends her best regards to the animation girls! 🥰

Silence calmly, delicious food

Everyone will find something for themselves here. Silence and nature around. You can feel the quality of the products. The selection is huge and great taste. Nice and professional service, as befits 5 stars. 💯❤️The rooms are finished to a high standard. They look really great. 👍️

The food is very good, the service is nice and professional, the apartments are clean, nice, with small flaws. Many attractions for children and adults. With a clear conscience, I can recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back here more than once

A perfect place to relax among nature. From the windows you can see Snow White in the palm of your hand. Perfect cleanliness in the rooms and common areas. The pool, saunas and spa are also clean and fragrant. A very close-knit team of people throughout the hotel, all tactful, polite and very helpful. Breakfasts are great. Very good sweet bread. I haven't eaten such a tasty bun for a long time.

I highly recommend it. Large, well-equipped hotel complex. Good for both large corporate events and family outings.
