Super hotel and apartments, I used the apartment for the first time because it was a hotel and I recommend heartily nothing to add anything Luxury everything I'll be back for sure

The rooms are cozy but very comfortable. Plus for a mega comfortable bed and perfect cleanliness.

A great option with the possibility of ordering food as part of the night room service and great swimming pools. A large selection of bread for breakfast. There were delicious rolls that the children love. Everything was kept in impeccable order. Very pleasant and fragrant. Great people work here, very nice and polite. It's a shame to leave.

Extremely Overpriced and Far Below 5-Star Standards Our stay was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the €417 we paid for just two nights. The hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, but based on our experience, it barely meets the standards of a 3-star hotel. While the location is excellent and the à la carte food was genuinely good, almost everything else fell short of what you would expect at this price point. Check-in was an unpleasant start. The receptionist struggled to communicate basic information in English, which in itself is understandable, but things became frustrating when we were asked to pay for a reservation that had already been fully paid through Booking.com. Only after we challenged this did the receptionist acknowledge the mistake. But rather than taking responsibility and resolving the issue professionally, he suggested we could sort it out later in the checkout and gave an explanation about digital card payments with no point that made little sense. The attitude was unprofessional. The room was spacious but disappointingly basic. The amenities were limited to cheap instant coffee sachets, some tea and bottled water. There were no basic complimentary toiletries you would reasonably expect from a 5-star hotel, such as a toothbrush or toothpaste. The furniture was visibly damaged, the balcony and glass surfaces were not properly cleaned or maintained, and the shower had extremely poor water pressure, making it one of the worst hotel showers I have experienced. The room felt empty, tired, empty and poorly maintained rather than a 5* hotel. Breakfast was a complete disappointment. The buffet was cheap, poorly organised and nowhere near 5-star quality. The fruit appeared spoiled, and some items seemed to be presented again next day as though they were fresh. The pastries tasted like inexpensive, mass-produced supermarket products, the selection was poor, the bread was stale, and the scrambled eggs were undercooked and unappetising. The entire breakfast experience felt chaotic, with queues, overcrowding and a general lack of quality control. Instead of a relaxing, high-quality start to the day, eating breakfast felt like a struggle. The pool and spa facilities were massively overcrowded. The heated pool was packed with approximately 20–30 people at a time, the jacuzzis were full, and there were people everywhere. Children were screaming constantly, making it impossible to relax. The facilities felt more like an overcrowded public leisure centre than part of a premium hotel. The sheer number of guests, queues and general chaos made the experience particularly frustrating. Service in the restaurant was also inconsistent. Although the à la carte food was genuinely good, even basic service standards were missing. When we ordered water, it arrived without glasses. The staff often seemed disengaged and dismissive. Good food cannot compensate for service that fails to meet even basic expectations. Overall, the hotel may look impressive on paper, and its location is undoubtedly a major advantage, but the actual experience was far removed from the luxury promised by its 5-star rating. Poor maintenance, inadequate room amenities, disappointing breakfast, overcrowded facilities and unprofessional service made the stay feel impersonal and unpleasant. For €417 for two nights from a 5* hotel, I expected comfort, cleanliness, attention to detail and a genuinely premium experience. Instead, I felt as though we were being processed through a crowded hotel factory, with hundreds of guests and very little attention to individual comfort. I would not recommend this hotel at anything close to the price we paid. There are clearly some positives, particularly the location and the quality of the à la carte food, but they do not come close to justifying the cost. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and offered very poor value for money. I genuinely struggle to understand the positive reviews given how far our experience fell below the standards expected of a 5-star hotel.

Everything at the highest level! Bartenders the Best!

Die Zimmer sind für 5 Sterne sehr abgewohnt. Duschvorleger, ein Stöpsel im Waschbecken, eine Verdunklungsgardine sind nur Beispiele, was fehlte. Service im Restaurant gut. Brötchen gab es heute und unter der Woche auch schon erst knapp 30 Minuten nach Frühstücksstart. Ruhe und Entspannung sucht man leider vergeblich. Es ist sehr laut und Gegröle bis in den frühen Morgen wird toleriert. Insgesamt würde uns immer wieder überall klar gemacht, dass Englisch nicht gern gesprochen wird...

We heartily recommend the Green Mountain Hotel, especially to families with children! Lots of attractions, well-organized animations and a fantastic atmosphere! Children really don't have time for boredom! The team of animators Zosia, Martyna, Nikola and Dawid deserves a great mention! They are very nice, full of energy and ideas, with a great approach to children. You can see that they do it with passion! A great place for a family vacation! We will definitely come back!

Beim Buchen sah alles sehr gut aus. Die Zimmer/ Appartements sind für 5 Sterne in einem schlechten abgewohnten Zustand. Fussel und Staub lagen auch herum. Die Lage ist etwas abseits. Durchsetzt von anderen vermieten Objekten. Weithin fanden in 7 Tagen 3 "Kongresse" statt. Die "Besucher" wurden stark bevorzugt. Stark betrunken haben diese bis 3 4 Uhr nachts das ganze Areal wach gehalten. Eine Gruppe Jugendliche reiste schon betrunken an. Ruhe, Erholung und Nachtschlaf fehlt da. Essen war gut. Dress Code: Jogginganzug und Hausschuhe.

Everything is in the best possible order. Although carpet does not work in the room. Varied and very high quality products for breakfast. The staff will meet all your needs and requirements, really wonderful people. A magical place where you can really recharge your batteries. Beautiful nature around. 💯❤️

A great stay with friends. Rooms, apartments away from the main building, spa area and restaurant, but it doesn't bother me in any way. Extra stay. Nice service, receptionists, bartenders, restaurant service, revelation, helpful, kind, attentive. The food is very good, there is a lot to choose from. We are very satisfied...

Nice breakfast option. Tasty, healthy and nutritious. The spa is very impressive, the offer is also very extensive. Beautifully located facility, surrounded by forest and nature. Beautiful room finishes, cleanliness is a plus.

I was here for the second time, this time with a friend. Accommodation in an apartment with a private sauna in the room. They very much appreciate the hotel wellness, which offers great relaxation. The hotel is located in a beautiful environment with a wide range of activities in the vicinity. Last but not least, I have to praise, delicious breakfasts and dinners. We were very satisfied with the stay, I recommend.

It is a beautiful area with wonderful mountains and the Apartments are in a perfect location! The breakfast is great, the staff was very kind and helpful and the Spa and pool was great for kids as well as the adults. We liked almost everything except the beds were not comfortable and especially the couch bed was very uncomfortable. Sleep is very important for us as we have a small baby so that was the only downside we experienced.

An oasis of peace and relaxation, beautiful nature, forest and silence all around. Great place in Karpacz. Service at a really high level, everyone nice and attentive. I haven't had such a good breakfast as here for a long time. The offer of amenities is thought out in every detail and very diverse. Spa, pools and saunas are great. Common areas are well-kept and the rooms are perfectly clean and spacious. It's great, you want to come back

I stayed in this hotel with my family for six nights, 4 people, two rooms. Accommodation conditions are very good. One unpleasant remark: During this time, none of the rooms were cleaned once!! Towels or bed linen were not changed! and I think they should be. The receptionists were very polite. A very large selection of breakfast options, from meat to vegan, everything very delicious. The canteen was clean, the service was very nice and helpful. Despite this unpleasant mishap with keeping the rooms clean, I will be very happy to come there again, hoping that this time the rooms will be cleaned, bed linen changed, etc.

Disappointing service for a 5-star hotel We had a very disappointing experience at Green Mountain Hotel. The service and organisation were far below what we would expect from a 5-star hotel. Before our stay, we asked about early check-in and were told to check with reception on arrival. At 11 am, reception took our phone number and promised to call when our room was ready, as they would try to prepare it early. We returned at 1 pm and again at 2:30 pm, but the room was still unavailable. Our request for another room was refused, and nobody called us. When we returned at around 4:15 pm, the lobby was packed with guests standing around with their suitcases, waiting to check in. We had to wait around 30 minutes in the queue just to check in and complete the paperwork!!! The following morning, the sauna and steam room were still not switched on at 9:30 am, despite the advertised 9 am opening time. As they take a long time to heat up, they would not have been ready to use until around 10:30 am. Overall, the poor communication, lack of organisation and failure to deliver basic services were extremely disappointing. We expected much better from a hotel of this standard.
