Unfortunately, the shipment with the products was left by the carrier in a place with strong sunlight. In the storage instructions, Puromedica indicates: "it should be stored in a cool and dark place, and by this it should be understood a place that is not exposed to direct exposure to sunlight or other heat sources".
The outer packaging lacks any warning markings (such as 'Protect from sun', 'Protect from heat' or similar). Inside, there are also no thermal protections that would help protect the products from overheating. As a result, the courier had no way of finding out that he was transporting goods sensitive to weather conditions. When buying from a professional supplement seller, I expected reliability not only at the stage of product production, but also at every subsequent step – until the safe delivery of the shipment.
Despite the passage of a week since I submitted my comments to the after-sales department, I have not received a response. I definitely don't recommend it.

Niestety przesyłka z produktami została pozostawiona przez przewoźnika w miejscu silnie nasłonecznionym. W instrukcji przechowywania Puromedica wskazuje: „należy przechowywać w chłodnym i ciemnym miejscu, a przez to należy rozumieć miejsce, które nie jest narażone na bezpośrednią ekspozycję na promienie słoneczne lub inne źródła ciepła”.
Na opakowaniu zewnętrznym zabrakło jakichkolwiek oznaczeń ostrzegawczych (takich jak np. 'Chronić przed słońcem', 'Chronić przed ciepłem' lub im pokrewnych). Wewnątrz również zabrakło zabezpieczeń termicznych, które pomogłyby w ochronie produktów przed przegrzaniem. W efekcie kurier nie miał możliwości dowiedzieć się, że transportuje towar wrażliwy na warunki atmosferyczne. Przy zakupie od profesjonalnego sprzedawcy suplementów spodziewałam się solidności nie tylko na etapie wytworzenia produktu, ale również na każdym kolejnym kroku – aż do bezpiecznego doręczenia przesyłki.
Pomimo upływu tygodnia od momentu zgłoszenia moich uwag do działu posprzedażowego, nie doczekałam się odpowiedzi. Zdecydowanie nie polecam.
