This is awful. I regularly use other keto shakes and this is by far the worst I've tried.
The powder smells nice but once mixed it smells and tastes disgusting.
The carbs and calorie count look good on the label but its for tiny 2 scoop portion in 100ml of water which is really small and isn't filling at all.
It doesn't make a nice thick filling shake, its more like a thin slimy shot.
Would definitely not recommend and will never buy again
