Everything perfectly organized, great service.

The ordering process was very simple. The delivery arrived quickly. I find having to pay for returns myself to be a negative. I think the reference to the website saying everything is described there is, well, meh. The German translation there could be better. I couldn't see that you have to pay for the return yourself. A small package to Poland isn't exactly cheap. So I ordered something, kept nothing, and still paid about 16 euros.

The staff is happy to help at any time. This is a company worth recommending. The purchases were very carefully secured. The information on the website is identical to reality. A big round of applause! I like the sensible discounts here and the products are super.

Perfection. Fast shipping, top quality merchandise at a reasonable price.

So far so good

Order fulfilled very quickly, but different shoes than ordered arrived. After reporting the error by phone, a courier arrived the next day and picked up the shoes. The refund was also quick, so a big plus for their approach to the customer.

I can't complain, everything was done great.

Convenient and efficient.

Good afternoon. Delivery and payment were excellent. A big minus is that it is impossible to try on the footwear at the Nova Poshta pickup point. Thank you

Very good service.
