I have been having this for just over a week, I have taken all the collagen supplements you could think of, and this is by far my favourite I have it with the be keto greens powder every morning. The flavour is lovely and my skin is so clear and my hair is looking so healthy. Make sure you use it in a blender or use a whisk. ❤️
