Dvě nevýhody byly, že nebyla zahrnuta žádná plynová trubice ani válečkový pohon pro bezplynný drát; Kvůli asi 5 librám to byla špatná opomenutí. Myslím si také, že by měl být přiložen základní graf nastavení rychlosti a napětí vodičů, ideálně uvnitř prostoru pro kabely. Začal jsem s MMA svařováním a snadnost zaklepání oblouku byla úžasná, stejně jako kvalita svaru bez rozstřiku – výborná. Pak jsem zkusil svařování MIG a při nastavování napětí podávání drátu mě překvapilo, že se podávání po asi deseti sekundách bez důvodu zastavilo. Předpokládám, že je to bezpečnostní prvek, který se zařízne, pokud se neprovádí svařování, ale ztěžuje nastavení. Bylo by užitečné k tomu do manuálu přidat poznámku. Kvalita svaru byla velmi dobrá, ale bude chvíli trvat, než se pokusíme s různými nastaveními dosáhnout optimálních výsledků (můj problém, ne stroj). Ještě jsem si nekoupil TIG hořák (nemohu je najít na vašem webu; máte nějaké nápady?). Celkově jsem ohromen kvalitou svarů a zpracováním svářečky/kabelů a tento stroj bych doporučil.
Delivery was in good time with ample tracking info'. The welder was well packaged with good quality cables. Two dissapointments were that no gas tube was included nor any roller drive for gasless wire; for the sake of about £5 this was a poor omission. I also think a basic chart of wire speed and voltage settings should be included, ideally on the inside of the wire compartment. I started of with MMA welding and the ease of striking the arc was amazing as was the quality of the weld with no splatter-excellent. Next I tried MIG welding and whilst adjusting the wire feed tension, I was surprised to find the feed stopped after about ten seconds for no reason. I assume this is a safety feature which cuts in if no weld is carried out but makes adjustment more difficult. It would be helpful to include a note to this effect in the manual. The weld quality was very good but it will take a while to experiment with different settings to get optimum results (my issue not the machine). I have yet to buy a TIG torch (cannot find them on your web site; any ideas?). Overall I am impressed with the quality of the welds and the build of the welder/cables and I would recommend this machine.
