For me, the only technical minus, the magnet for the hand holding the weapon could be a bit stronger than for the hand I am reloading, but the replica increases the realism of handling the weapon and the accuracy of shooting. Works as it should, a bit fiddly at times as the weapon covers the sensors on the controller, but it's not a big problem.
