as i said the 2 pins at the back of the headset went right down into the headset i tried to open it to get them back up but did not go to well i ended up throwing it out thats why i bought a new one you should make it easier to get into so we can fix it if it happens again i had it only a year

at these speeds and lack of proper corrections... almost felt like ordering from Temu but more expensive... were I asked it to be delivered to my home yet they insist my order was placed to be picked up at some random shop near my home. For the quality, you guys should have been able to push this out and delivered within 3 days.
