vortexvr.ie - client reviews

Way too long delivery time!!!! Norwegian site but goods are sent from the Netherlands !!

The cable seems to work fine, even if I'm a little disappointed because I was expecting to see a braided cable like in the picture. So I hope this one lasts over time anyway. Also, now that I know it's not braided, I find the price slightly high.

First-class delivery, punctual and most importantly corresponds to the information on the website. The box is intact, the contents are perfectly protected. Good approach to the client, they accepted my comments and met the requirements. I definitely recommend everything as described. Very fast and efficient order processing. I recommend this store. Very pleasant cooperation with the store staff who are great and know how to act on their own. I highly recommend. I received the package in great condition. The products meet everything that is stated on the website.

Quick to post out, couldn't ask for more 👍️

Everything is fine, the delivery was very quick. Good quality packaging. I haven't encountered any fraud or tricks, I recommend it.

Excellent service. My package arrived in Ireland within just 6 working days. Everything was perfect, and I’m very pleased with my purchase. Highly recommended!

Can't charge anything, no glasses, no battery

A great and unbeatable store. Very fast and efficient service. There was no problem at all. I am satisfied with both the service of the store and the product. The protection of the package is of a very high level. This is probably the fastest shipping in my life.

Delivery was fine and arrived on time.

Fast delivery and correct attitude.

The package arrived according to plan.

The package was safely and reliably packed. The information on the website agrees with the current condition, I definitely recommend it. The overall impression of shopping was good, the original packaging arrived intact.

I can recommend this shop with a clear conscience.

The products are worth their price and original. Everything was on time, without stress, just as promised. The package arrived in excellent condition, without any damage. Excellent customer service.

Good and comfortable

Products perfectly packaged and on time.

at these speeds and lack of proper corrections... almost felt like ordering from Temu but more expensive... were I asked it to be delivered to my home yet they insist my order was placed to be picked up at some random shop near my home. For the quality, you guys should have been able to push this out and delivered within 3 days.

The quality of the product is top-notch. And all this at affordable prices. The service is fantastic, just that.

This was the second order from Vortex. Nice and well-organized shop. Order, wait 2 days and enjoy product. Everything neat and well packaged. Clear manual of product.

Very quick delivery!

I prefer to get what you can cheaper, but here you can get the products at a normal price and from a reliable dealer who you can catch up with if there is a problem with the product
