Mini Voltage Converter Step Up Module 5V 8V 9V 12V Fixed Output Power Boost Module - 1Pcs

These Mini Voltage Converter Step-Up modules are very handy. This is the third batch of these that I've bought from Kunkune. I've installed one of these into virtually every battery powered project I've built in the past two years. I've enclosed two of these (one set for 9V, the other for 12V) in Hammond 1551GTBU Blue Translucent ABS Enclosures with USB Type-A Connectors for input and 5.5x2.1mm Barrel Jacks for output. They can be plugged into a portable battery bank and used to supply power to a range of low powered equipment. I've also built three (5V, 9V and 12V) with red JST SYP battery connectors at the input so that they can be hooked directly to LiPo packs, which works around portable battery packs cutting out at low current. For low powered portable microcontroller projects they are great cost effective power supply modules. I'll probably end up buying more.

These mini step-up boost converters are fantasic low power boost converters. Ideal for running microcontroller projects from either lithium or alkaline batteries. The output voltage is determined by the link settings, I use 0603 zero ohm resistors to set the output voltage but it may also be done by simply solder bridging the pads.

These step up mini voltage converters are great for powering portable projects from a single 18650 cell. The output voltage is determined by the arrangement of the A and B links. I use 0R 0608 SMD resistors to set the output voltage to the desired value.
