3 stars for speed of delivery of the items but customer service is lacking. I wanted to know whether the MP3 player modules where the new V3.0 that most sellers are supplying. These have problems and most sellers do not say in there description and photos that they are V3.0. Mertel replied to me that she could not answer the question. Tried asking through Ebay but no reply for 4 days. By then I had ordered 16 off hoping they were not V3.0. Luckily they were not V3. The photo on your website does want updating as it shows an older decoding chip. Best regards Antony

Fast, efficient, response to email about my ordering mistake with no problems. Very helpful and resolved issue. Goods arrived 6 days after order, which is why it's not 5 stars - there is only an Evri delivery option and Evri are notorious locally for holding up or losing parcels. Packaging was in original box unsealed, which arrived from Evri badly bashed at corners - but everything within was good. Only issue was Evri as sole option.
