This 2.4 Inch 240×320 LCD TFT Touch Screen Display uses the ILI9341 display controller which is a very popular and widely supported controller. Drivers and libraries are available for Arduino, MicroPython and CircuitPython. There is even a PXT library available for MakeCode micro:bit.
