Rush Mat

Dear Max. We have completely different experience with it from hundreds of users. It very rarely gets mold at all, because of the fact that it has gaps from the bottom, and air can more freely circulate. On the other hand it is natural that when you put a plastic sack, linen sack, a sheepskin or whatever made from natural or modern artificial material.. you will get a thin layer of fungus on it from the bottom side after 3-5 days of laying on the grass with no air access to it. I believe you are bringing your comment after your first usage on the last very rainy Wolin viking event. Such a weather does not help, indeed. BUT ! It is made of the material that was in the water its entire life. All you have to do is to get the mat dry, use a brush, and no mold will be there. Mentioning "for that price it is not worth the money", you may not noticed that we sell it twice as cheap than anywhere else you can find it. I hope you can still find this product a great addon to your reenactment camping gear. Personally I do not know better from natural materials. Best . Cezary
